Church day in Aschbach On Sunday 4 August, starting at 10:00 a.m., the traditional "Kirchtag" will take place in Aschbach. Music, food and drink will be provided. The Algund Volunteer Fire Brigade looks forward to seeing you.

Every year on the first Sunday in August the ancient miller's profession can be observed and discovered in the Ternertal Valley within the framework of the Mill Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.! Enjoy the splashing of the wooden water wheels while observing the grinding process in the old mills! You can savour local culinary delights such as home-baked bread, dumplings and fried specialities.

Matinée with the ensemble ‘Ladies in Dress’. Ursula Mühlberger (violin), Viktoria Gögele (violin), Ester Carturan (viola) and Lucia Suchanska (cello) perform contemporary music.

The Wurzer Alm cordially invites everyone to the Wurzer Kirchtag on the Wurzer Alm in Hafling. There will be great food and drinks, including a barbecue. There will also be music and fun games for the children.

Dedicated to Tradition and Culture Under this motto, traditional Sunday morning pint events take place in all the villages of the Hinterpasseier. The goal is to bring visitors closer to the traditions and cultural richness of the region. Program: 10:00 a.m.: Holy Mass From 11:00 a.m.: mornign pint with the music band of Platt and traditional dance music in the afternoon. The Platt rifle company (Schützenkompanie) will treat guests to typical Passeier specialties such as grilled dishes, "Krapfen", and much more.

Strudel Festival in the woods "Flatschwaldile" on Sunday, 3rd August from 11.00 am. to 5.00 pm.! A lot of various tipical specialities (Strudel), würstel and pommes frites, drinks and coffee. Games and entertainment for the kids.

On Sunday, 3rd August 2025, the Catholic Family Association of Villnöß valley (KFS) warmly invites everyone to its big anniversary family celebration marking its 55th anniversary. The festivities will begin at the pond Mesner Lacke and continue at the festival square in Teis. The event kicks off at 10.00 am with a Liturgy of the Word by the lake. Starting at 11.00 am, there will be honors, an aperitif, a raffle, and fun games for children. From 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, a barbecue will be held, followed by coffee and cake, face painting, and at 2.30 pm, a clown show for the little ones. The afternoon will be accompanied by live music from the band "The Small One", performing from 2.00 to 4.30 pm. The celebration will wind down around 6.00 pm. In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the St. Peter community hall.

The traditional feast takes place again at the alp Gschnoferstall. For food and drink and musical entertainment from the band "Solt'n Buam"is well taken care of!

On the 03.08.2025 the summer festival of the Ski Club Ortler will take place. Whether young or old, with various games including duck races or South Tyrolean specialties, there is something for everyone.

On the first weekend of August, the traditional Val Gardena costume parade takes place. The five local brass bands, the traditional costume association, and various folk dance groups participate in the event. After the parade through the center of Selva, a grand concert by the brass band takes place in the town square. Food and drinks are provided by the local community association of Selva di Val Gardena. The traditional costume parade starts at 3:00 PM above the town square and follows Nives Street to the intersection at Hotel Krone. From there, it continues along the main road, passing Nives Square, and returns to the town square.

This pleasurable festival on the fairground in Barbian begins at 19.30. The Tourist Association and the "Jokobi" choir from Barbian invite everyone cordially.

On Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, the celebrated ensemble La florida Capella will perform at the Parish Church of Selva di Val Gardena with a concert titled “Imperial Virtuosi.” Led by the renowned organist and harpsichordist Marian Polin, the ensemble will present a captivating selection of sacred and secular music from the 16th to 18th centuries. Summer night concert with the music band "Böhmisch Gold", accompanied by the folk dance group Villanders. The guests of the member of the cooperative Klausen, Barbian, Feldthurns and Villanders can expect a vacation lottery with the raffle of some material prizes. Food and drink will be provided with sweet Villanderer Krapfen, Schüttelbrot and Kaminwurzen.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. The musical summer evenings in Burgeis! Every Wednesday evening this summer you can once again look forward to the Burgeis concerts. Let the evening come to a cosy end on the village square. The Zieltol Böhmische will ensure the right atmosphere! The Burgeis music band will provide you with drinks, snacks and a good atmosphere. Come and join us!

Join us on the evening of August 7 for an engaging and creative event with Isabella Halbeisen! She will captivate young audiences with a lively reading (in German) from her children’s book, "Erste Hilfe! Alles klar?". After the story, quiz & book giveaway – can you solve the riddle? Join us at the Rathausplatz town hall square in Lana from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Readings will take place at 7:30 p.m.

A summer evening all about associations and culture with music, culinary delights and more in the center of Unterinn. Summer on the Ritten also this year is enriched by a series of evening events called "Rittner Sunnenseitn".
