n the meantime, we have a large vegetable field and a herb garden, which is Julius' passion. Since he also likes to be creative in the kitchen, he has now found his place on the farm. The traditional parlour and kitchen have stood unoccupied for long enough, now something new begins. He processes everything from the field, the garden, the cheese cellar and our animals into delicious local and creative dishes. We as a family actively support him in this. Natural flavours, fresh produce, unique raw milk cheese, bacon and Kaminwurzen and meat from farm animals are our food - in other words, means to live. The unique surroundings, the unique location of the Lechnerhof and the good food make for an unforgettable experience. Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

"Gostnerhof farm in Barbian is on the sunny side of the Eisack river valley. Guests can enjoy savouring original Eisack valley farmhouse fare amidst colourful vineyards beneath the rays of the autumn sun. Two cosy farmhouse parlours invite guests to sit and get stuck into some delicious culinary treats. We have a large children’s playground for kids to play around in. Open from mid September to beginning of December from 16.00 to 24.00 every day. On weekends open from 12.00. Booking recommended. Birkenhof farm is situated above Schluderns and can boast amazing views of the Ortler mountain and Upper Vinschgau valley. It is the ideal destination for a families, hikers and cyclists. The Föhrnerhof Farm was first mentioned in records in 1135. The farm enjoys views across towards Bozen and over the Überetsch (Upper Adige) valley as far as the Unterland (Lower Adige) and allows insight into its long history. Yet, it likes to move with the times and the farmer Karin Bracchetti has long been a presence in the male-dominated world of winegrowing. From the start of February to the end of May open from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from midday. From the end of September to mid-December open from Thuesday to Saturday from 6.00pm. Bookings made for groups of at least 20 persons for Monday and Saturday and during lunchtime. Prior booking recommended.

Schluntner is located near the hiking trail „Altavia di Laives/Leiferer Höhenweg“ and is therefore the perfect place to rest during your hike. On working days only on reservation.

In 2010, our farm tavern was opened on the farm Eggerhof in Verano. Since then, the cosy farm offers yet another attraction. In the spirit of alpine architecture, plenty of wood was used for the interiors. This natural material creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gives social gatherings in the evening a romantic mood. Enjoy your evenings in the farm with a glass of wine in a classic setting. Spinach dumplings, barley soup, spicy meat platters, smoked meat and homemade sausages delight the palates during Törggele time. The new wine is tasted and chestnuts are roasted – served with the traditional hard bread and sweet donuts. During Törggele time in Burgraviato you will be seduced by the delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine and enjoy the good company at the tavern on the farm Eggerhof. Closed in winter.

Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

The historic Lafogl farm is situated in a fantastic location just below Castelrotto/Kastelruth. It features four cosily furnished holiday apartments with space for two to four people. The daily "bread roll service" and the breakfast basket with tasty farm products, which the Rier family will bring to your door every morning if you wish, will get you ready for your adventures in the Alpe di Siusi/ Seiser Alm hiking and winter sports paradise. The Lafogl farm is also a traditional “buschenschank”. With lots of love and passion, farmer Regina prepares all delicacies from scratch and completely by hand.
