    In de landelijke tavernes in Zuid-Tirol word je persoonlijk bediend door het gastgezin. In de rustieke kamers worden producten van eigen bodem aangeboden, zoals zelfgemaakte sappen, smakelijke warme en koude gerechten, lokaal fruit en natuurlijk wijnen. Een heel bijzonder hoogtepunt is het jaarlijkse Törggelen in de Buschenschänken: net als decennia geleden openen de boeren hun kelders voor hun gasten om de wijn te proeven, vergezeld van typische landelijke gerechten.

    Mesc da Paratoni farm is set at an altitude of 1,585 metres above sea level, high above the sunny slopes of St. Christina. Wonderful views of the surrounding Dolomites may be enjoyed from here. This listed farmhouse has been refurbished to a high standard and made accessible to the public as an inn both historical dining rooms invite guests to enjoy typical Ladin specialities.     First mentioned in records in 1379, Fronthof farm is the largest fully-preserved farmhouse in South Tyrol built on a steep slope from stone and is something special. The old, panelled dining rooms provides the ideal setting for special occasions and makes a great stopping point after a walk along the 'Oachner Höfeweg' Farmstead Trail. Open from March to May on Sundays at midday, in July, August and September from Tuesday to Thursday from midday to 11.00 pm, in August also on Sundays at midday, in October and November from Wednesday to Sunday from midday to 11.00 pm. Advance booking recommended.

    Finailhof farm, at an altitude of 1973 m above sea level and with a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and of Vernagt Lake, is steeped in history. In 1416, the farmer at Finailhof farm apparently provided refuge to Duke Friedrich IV who was on the run with not a penny in his pocket, allowing him to work as a farm hand tending the sheep. The Duke’s beaker and cutlery are still on display at the farm today. Finailhof farm can be reached on foot along several different trails and is also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to spoil you with our traditional Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine made mainly from our own home-grown produce and served on our sun terrace with its panoramic view. We are open seven days a week all year round (please book in advance for evenings and in the winter months).

    The Huberhof farm lies above the Brixen valley basin in the idyllic hamlet of Elvas. The farm family has converted their 18th century cellar into an inviting inn, where guests can enjoy the best of the Eisack valley’s culinary fare. The farm also takes Farm Holiday guests. Open from the end of September to the beginning of December. Monday and Thursday open from 12 noon until 5pm. Fridays from 15.00, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00. Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to prior order. Open from midday from beginning of April to mid-May on Saturdayzs and Sundays. During the remainder of the year reservations for groups of min. 15 persons are taken.

    The Föhrnerhof Farm was first mentioned in records in 1135. The farm enjoys views across towards Bozen and over the Überetsch (Upper Adige) valley as far as the Unterland (Lower Adige) and allows insight into its long history. Yet, it likes to move with the times and the farmer Karin Bracchetti has long been a presence in the male-dominated world of winegrowing. From the start of February to the end of May open from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from midday. From the end of September to mid-December open from Thuesday to Saturday from 6.00pm. Bookings made for groups of at least 20 persons for Monday and Saturday and during lunchtime. Prior booking recommended.
