Our restaurant is a typical South Tyrolean farmhouse inn surrounded by green meadows and a wonderful view, where good food and excellent wines are served. Our farm is located in a sunny hollow, on the right side of the stream of Siusi. Right now, you are located in the basement of the farmhouse, in the so-called Kampidell cellar. This cellar is protected as a cultural asset. Why? Because you are surrounded by walls dating back to the 13thcentury! Since 2020 we offer a wide variety of dishes prepared mainly with local ingredients. Whenever possible, our chef Michael uses products that come directly from our farm. Our farm always gives us new inspiration and is the source of our success. Here we cultivate the raw materials for our dishes and raise robust cattle that have plenty of exercise and spend the summer on the lush alpine meadows of the Alpe di Siusi. On the high mountain plateau of Mount Reggelberg, located in the South of South Tyrol, at 1680 metres above sea level, you will find the sunny Schmiederalm mountain pasture, surrounded by woods and meadows that are perfect for hiking, idling and relaxing. The first step off the door is already nature at its best. Let a unique panorama, splendid sunsets and fragrant alpine meadows enchant you. Hot food from 12.00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m.

Surrounded by a breathtaking view of the Ortles and Sesvenna groups, nestled on the Malles sunny slope, you will find our little paradise "Solis". Alpine and Mediterranean specialities. On request open also in the evenings for groups.

Burgerhof farm stands out thanks to its two cosy dining rooms and fantastic views of the Brixen valley basin. Organic farming methods have held great importance here for over 30 years. Guests can look forward to seasonal dishes, with a menu that changes every week, delicious organic wines as well as tender meat from the farm's own herd. Open from mid-September until the second weekend in December as well as from the start of April until the mid of June. Hours: Saturdays from midday and Sundays from 12.00am to 3.00pm. In autumn, open on Thursdays and Fridays from 6.00pm. Open in the evenings by reservation only. For the rest of the year we are happy to accept reservations above 20 guests on request.

Mesc da Paratoni farm is set at an altitude of 1,585 metres above sea level, high above the sunny slopes of St. Christina. Wonderful views of the surrounding Dolomites may be enjoyed from here. Farm-to-table dining-our restaurant Those who like to enjoy sustainable food will fall in love with it in our restaurant and the concept of zero-km-food. Regional, seasonal, high-quality and organic ingredients end up on your plate, on your fork, in your spoon and in your glass. Anyone who thinks organic is boring will be shown otherwise: Take a seat and embark on a new culinary journey. The small menu offers dishes and specialities that change with the seasons, which will delight both big and small connoisseurs. And because even the best food doesn’t taste good without a cosy atmosphere, we have thought of everything. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts bring nature in and give you a clear view of it: the flower meadow and playground, the cottage garden and the stables with animals to pet and love.

The Obermoserhof lies amid mountain pastures and looks out over the pleasant village of Feldthurns. It makes an ideal spot to explore the mountains of the Eisack valley. Those seeking to take it easier can take in the warming rays of the sun on the terrace or simply enjoy the views of the nearby Geisler mountain peaks. The Obermoserhof offers Farm Holidays too. Open all year round to advance booking. Open from midday on Sundays from the beginning of April to the 20th May. Our farmhouse tavern can be found right on the Merano High Mountain Trail and the Hochmuth cable car mountain station, and is the perfect starting point for a multitude of different hikes. We will be delighted to serve you with our own farm produce and hot food throughout on our sun terrace. Home production of speck bacon and Kaminwurzen smoked sausages. We can be accessed via the Hochmuth cable car; via the Vellauer Felsenweg trail, from the Leiteralm along the Merano High Mountain Trail; via the Tiroler Kreuz inn.

Zmailer Hof farm looks out from the Schennerberg mountainside over the Meran valley basin and across to the Etsch river valley. It is the ideal destination for a mountain walk. Parts of the old farmhouse, such as the kitchen, hallway and pretty frescoes at the entrance to the house are under listed building protection. Guests can enjoy the tasty house specialities on the sun terrace or in the cosy farmhouse parlour. The excellent fruit juices are a treat not to be missed. Open daily from mid-March until the end of November. Closed on Fridays.

Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

High above Bozen, nestled away in an ancient chestnut grove on the sunny slopes of the Ritten mountain, is Ebnicherhof farm. This is the perfect destination for spring and autumn. The farmhouse parlour and sun terrace are the ideal place to while away the time enjoying typical farm dishes and unique views stretching from the Dolomites to the Unterland (Lower Adige). The Hofkaffee at the Kaserhof is open from 1pm to 8pm. The Hofkaffee serves cakes and coffee as well as typical South Tyrolean "Speck- und Käsebrettlen".

Schluntner is located near the hiking trail „Altavia di Laives/Leiferer Höhenweg“ and is therefore the perfect place to rest during your hike. On working days only on reservation.
