Lajen-Ried is well known as the cradle of the ‘Törggele’ culture, when the season’s new wine is served up with accompanying farmhouse fare in autumn. However, guests will enjoy a stop here at any time of year. The Schenk family dishes up seasonal delicacies from the garden and wine cellar in the 17th century panelled farmhouse parlour both in winter and spring. Open from the start of September until the start of December from 12 noon. Closed on Mondays. Open from the start of January to the start of April from 4.00 p.m. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Advance booking recommended.

The Regiohof offers all kinds of good things: coffee & sweets, aperitivo & merende, ice cream creations & mountain strawberries, specialty beers, wines, long & short drinks, Albert's gin and mountain elixirs. All this can be enjoyed in the panoramic farmhouse parlor or on the panorama terrace. Enjoy your mountain summer with local, fresh products paired with a wonderful view in a friendly atmosphere.

The newly opened “Heualm” is located at 1,933 m above sea level surrounded by green flowering alpine meadows, larch trees and the Dolomites. The tranquillity of nature, the breathtaking all-round panorama and the wide and lush alpine meadow make this place special. Due to its idyllic location, delicious South Tyrolean culinary specialities and warm hospitality, the small alpine hut is a popular destination for hikers and connoisseurs. The Heualm can be reached comfortably by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. From Compatsch via hiking trail no. 7 and no. 6 with a duration of approx. 1 hour or via hiking trail no. 30 and no. 6/6b with a duration of approx. 1 hour.

We bought this breathtaking farm in 2023 and converted it into a farm tavern. The farm ‘Af Egg 35’ is an extreme farm that clings to a steep slope on the Vinschgau Sonnenberg. It is situated at 1670 metres above sea level directly on the Vinschgau High Mountain Trail. It can be easily reached from the St. Martin im Kofel cable car mountain station near Latsch in a westerly direction in approx. 45 minutes. For experienced hikers there are also very interesting hiking trails from Latsch Goldrain or Schlanders to us. Walking times between 3-4 hours. We look forward to seeing you! The Kaserer family

Welcome to the Gummererhof Mountain Inn | Winery | Apple Juice High above Tramin lies the mountain inn Gummererhof (750 m above sea level). The wine farm is both the starting point for many a mountain hike into the Mendel Mountains and a popular destination for hikes and bike tours between Kaltern, Tramin and Kurtatsch.

In 2010, our farm tavern was opened on the farm Eggerhof in Verano. Since then, the cosy farm offers yet another attraction. In the spirit of alpine architecture, plenty of wood was used for the interiors. This natural material creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gives social gatherings in the evening a romantic mood. Enjoy your evenings in the farm with a glass of wine in a classic setting. Spinach dumplings, barley soup, spicy meat platters, smoked meat and homemade sausages delight the palates during Törggele time. The new wine is tasted and chestnuts are roasted – served with the traditional hard bread and sweet donuts. During Törggele time in Burgraviato you will be seduced by the delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine and enjoy the good company at the tavern on the farm Eggerhof. Closed in winter.

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

Our traditional farmhouse inn offers you a cozy place to relax and recharge your batteries with a picturesque view of the Texel Group. It is particularly important to us to bring our farm products closer to our guests and to present them on our small menu. We bake fresh bread every week and serve it with South Tyrolean specialties such as the Marendbrettl with homemade bacon, smoked sausages and alpine cheese. Traditional warm dishes from our own gray cattle, delicious dumpling dishes and homemade cakes are also part of it. Come by and experience for yourself! In autumn "Törggelen" on request.

Moar zu Viersch - an idyllic retreat for indulgence and coziness. The tavern in Verdings/Pardell, above Kloster Säben, invites hikers and Törggelen guests to experience South Tyrolean hospitality to the fullest. Surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama, countless hiking trails (including the 'Keschtnweg' or the 'Birmehlweg'), and ancient chestnut trees, Moar zu Viersch promises a special destination, especially in the autumn. In summer, the farm also serves wonderfully as an event location. Here, one can escape everyday life and fully enjoy the beauty of South Tyrolean nature. From early October to late November, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the tavern opens its historic 'Stube' and invites guests to traditional Törggelen. The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

The historic Lafogl farm is situated in a fantastic location just below Castelrotto/Kastelruth. It features four cosily furnished holiday apartments with space for two to four people. The daily "bread roll service" and the breakfast basket with tasty farm products, which the Rier family will bring to your door every morning if you wish, will get you ready for your adventures in the Alpe di Siusi/ Seiser Alm hiking and winter sports paradise. The Lafogl farm is also a traditional “buschenschank”. With lots of love and passion, farmer Regina prepares all delicacies from scratch and completely by hand.
