OUR FARM TAVERN We are a family business and together we run a farm tavern in Albions. We are also a farm with various animals. On the farm live donkeys, sheep, calves, chickens, ducks and cat that you can see and pet. The farm tavern "Dillerhof" can be found in Albions, a fraction south of Lajen. It is also an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and is not far from Klausen, Brixen and Bozen. We offer homemade dishes, delicious cakes and coffee or aperitif, also a delicious Marende to strengthen you. Come by and let us spoil you ??????

First mentioned in records in 1379, Fronthof farm is the largest fully-preserved farmhouse in South Tyrol built on a steep slope from stone and is something special. The old, panelled dining rooms provides the ideal setting for special occasions and makes a great stopping point after a walk along the 'Oachner Höfeweg' Farmstead Trail. Open from March to May on Sundays at midday, in July, August and September from Tuesday to Thursday from midday to 11.00 pm, in August also on Sundays at midday, in October and November from Wednesday to Sunday from midday to 11.00 pm. Advance booking recommended.

Surrounded by woodland and vineyards, Lexnhof farm is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. After an extensive walk or bike ride, guests can be pampered with down-to-earth, typical dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The farm is also a popular spot to celebrate special occasions and hosts Farm Holiday guests. Open from the start of March to the end of September from Friday to Monday as of 11.00 a.m. In October from Monday to Friday as of 5.00 p.m. and at the weekend as of 11.00 a.m. Prior reservation requested. Our spacious basement offers the possibility to celebrate your wedding, your birthday, your family celebration or your anniversary in a rustic full of Story ambience. Besides homemade products, which mainly counts our tender beef, we offer products of Völser farmers and farms.

Restaurant on the Marling mountain.

The inn is situated in the idyllic hamlet of Glen, surrounded by gently sloping vineyards. The terrace, shaded by a 100-year-old chestnut tree, is a good place to relax and unwind. The hosts also serve delicious dishes from the farm kitchen in the two cosy farm dining rooms. Open from Thursday to Sunday after midday from the beginning of March to the end of May and from the beginning of September to mid-December. Closed on Sunday evenings. Closed Monday to Wednesday. Both dining rooms at Larm Hof farm have been home to lots of generations. Today it is the guests at this ancestral farmhouse that liven up these time-honoured rooms. The farmhouse fare served up reflects the best of Eisacktal valley traditional food, too. The Winkler family invites guests to enjoy a generous farmhouse breakfast with lots of farm products as a special feature in spring. Open from mid-September to the end of November from 12 noon with closing day on Monday. Strasserhof farm enjoys great views across the whole of the Brixen valley basin. The cosy old panelled parlour is just as impressive. Whether inside or outside, seated under the walnut tree, guests will feel at home on the Strasserhof farm. Farm Holiday guests are also welcome. Open from mid-September until the start of December. Wednesday until Friday open from 5pm and Saturday and Sunday open from 12 noon. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Advance booking required.

Winklerhof farm was first mentioned in records in 1314. Typical seasonal dishes from the Eisacktal valley mainly from the farm itself are the crowning glory or a rewarding walk along the Keschtnweg path. Guests can while away the time with a glass of wine on the sun terrace beneath the walnut tree or in one of the two rustic parlours. Open from mid-September to the end of November from midday to midnight with closing day on Monday and Tuesday. In spring also open on weekends by appointment. The farm also offers farm vacations.

At Oberlegar farm the farmers really know how to dish up a treat. Both farmhouse parlours and the sun terrace are perfect for savouring delicious food in good company. The Schwarz family’s hospitality and a drop of the house wine complete the experience perfectly. Open from the end of March to the end of May and from end of September to the start of December. Prior reservation desired.

In the comfortable restaurant in our historic farm are mainly served products directly of our own farm and field. Perfect for year group celebrations, birthday parties, company parties or the typical South Tyrolean autumn tradition, the so called Törggelen. Among tasty South Tyrolean quality products and Mediterranean digestibility you can enjoy from morning to evening the variety of the gastronomic pleasures. Enjoy in our garden coffee and homemade apple strudel, the typical Tyrolean afternoon snack “Marende” or a fruit buffet. Our homemade juices taste best after a beautiful bike tour with the whole family.

In our cozy Tavern and in our winter garden with panoramic views, we spoil you with traditional dishes such as roast potatoes with egg and bacon, or the typical dumplings.

The Pschnickerhof, with its unpronounciable name, offers some real treats for your tastebuds. The farm lies amidst chestnut groves and vineyards. The cosy 'stube' with its farm oven is just perfect for lingering and tasting dishes in. Over Easter and Whitsun open by reservation. In midsummer from Wednesday to Saturday from 17:00, and in autumn Saturdays and Sundays already open from 12:00. For the rest of the year, reservations are accepted from 10 people.
