Via the Schafsteig to the Rotwand Hut in the Catinaccio with hiking guide Ferdinand Pardeller Ascent from Welschnofen | Nova Levante with the public bus to Vigo di Fassa. From there we take the Ciampedie cable car. From Ciampedie we hike moderately steeply along the narrow sheep trail (Vial de le Feide) to the foot of the Mugoni, an imposing rocky peak in the Catinaccio massif. From Lajen/Laion we hike along the Walther von der Vogelweide circular trail descending towards Albions (857m). From here continue along the Walther von der Vogelweide circular trail to Ried/Novale (760m) and Villnod (657m). From Villnod walk along path no. 2 in the direction of Castel Forte (627m). You can visit the former home of Oswald von Wolkenstein, one of the most imposing castles of South Tyrol. It was built at the end of the 12th century and rebuilt into a resistant fortress in the 17th century. Approach on the Timmelsjoch high alpine road to the parking space in front of the "Seeber Alm". Short descent to the "Seeber Alm" and ascent on trail no. 43 to the rarely visited Plattenspitze. Very impressive view of the valley and the glaciers of the Ötztal Alps. The descent follows the same route. Walking time: 6 hours (there & back) | Difference in altitude: 800 m

Starting from the parking lot Plätzwiese high plateau (2,000m) we hike in about 1 hour to the saddle Strudelkopf/Monte Specie/ (2,200m), from there we experience the sunset together! The start time is adjusted to the position of the sun.

Guided walking-tour to Kneipp at the waterfall of Barbian. "Everything we need to stay healthy has been generously given to us by nature," said pastor Sebastian Kneipp. Water, nutrition, exercise, medicinal herbs and life order - on this hike you will experience the holistic health concept of Kneipp. Water-treading in the cool mountain stream, barefoot-walking and feeling the soil, get to know the medicinal herbs and wild herbs along the way and relaxation exercises in the open air: a refreshing, relaxing hike on the trail of Kneipp. Walking time: 3 hours, return at 1 pm. Difficulty of the hike: easy to moderate, good footwear is needed. For members of the TV Klausen, Barbian, Velturno and Villanders the hike is free, for non-members € 8.00 per person. Arrival by cab via Val Gardena to Ortisei to the valley station Rasciesa (1.304m). Our tour begins with the ride of the funicular (fee required) to the Rasciesa (2,254m). From the top station, take trail no. 35, lined with Swiss stone pines and delicate alpine flowers, to the Brogles Hut (2054m). Behind the hut the path joins the Adolf Munkel path, which was built as early as 1905. You walk at the foot of the Sas Rigais until you finally reach the Geisler Alm (1996m) via the 34 path. After a comfortable break, the descent follows via the 34 path to Ranui (1350m). Here the cab is already waiting to take us back to Lajen. The HERO KIDS 2024 is a non-agonistic race for children from 4 to 12 years of age. The race is intended to allow youngsters who may become tomorrow’s champions to take part in a mountain bike race especially for them. The route is not particularly demanding. REGISTRATION All kids between 4 and 12 years of age are welcome to take part to this race. Maximum number of participants is 500 kids. Registration fee: € 25,00

On 14 June 2024, the legendary Stelvio road will be closed to motorised traffic for the first half of the night and will be completely open to cyclists and pedestrians. The last seven kilometres of the 'Berghotel Franzenshöhe' before the summit will be magically illuminated by indirect lighting to show participants the way to the 2,757-metre peak. Experience the second edition of 'Challenge your menu' and enjoy regional specialities at five different catering points along the route from Trafoi to the summit of the pass. Whether on foot, by (E-)bike or other non-motorised means of transport; everyone is invited to take an enjoyable journey along the Stelvio Pass road at night on June 14, 2024. Cool Swim Meeting is one of the main events of the summer of swimming in Italy. Now in its eighth year, the event will once again bring over 800 athletes and coaches from all over the world to Merano from 14th to 16th of June.

The guided bike tour starting from the Rosskopf valley station leads along the bike path towards the south to Stilfes. Via a forest road, you'll reach the small natural pond. Expansive green meadows and a pavilion invite you to take a break. For the little ones, there's a playground... This tour is not offered for children under 10 years of age, except for children transported by parents with a trailer (available for rent at the Outdoor Center). The HERO Südtirol Dolomites in Selva Val Gardena represents one of the hardest mountain bike events for amateurs and professional cyclists. The competition is spectacular and a great opportunity for international professional athletes and ambitious amateur cyclists to come together, allowing them to pursue the same dream.

Mountainbike race around the Group of the Sella. The race starts from Selva and passes through Corvara. We have selected the best trails at the Enduro World Cup venue for you. Conquering these challenging trails requires not only good physical fitness, but also plenty of experience. Although the cable cars make most of the ascents easier, there are still almost 3,000 metres of descent waiting for you to master.
