On this organised cultural e-bike tour, learn of the strange and sad story marked by the sunken church tower of the former village of Curon/Graun submerged beneath the lake waters. The small 14 th Century Romanesque church bears silent testimony to the damming up of the artificial lake shortly after the end of the Second World War. The former military bunkers are another leftover of the interwar period. Visit the bunker at the source of the Etsch river, with a local guide to explain the history of South Tyrol. At Tholerhof, both young and old, have the opportunity to gain their first riding experiences and get a feel for sitting in the saddle of these fascinating and powerful Haflinger horses and Shetland ponies. After riding, children can help with grooming and taking care of the horses. For more experienced riders, Tholerhof offers great rides in the forest around Aschbach. From high up on the horse, you'll see the surroundings from a more impressive perspective.

With Stefan, our bike guide, learn how to ride hairpin turns, balance, obstacles and the correct braking technique. Afterwards, the learned technique will be consolidated with a small round through the forest. Suitable for e-bike and mountain bike.

So that you do not have to deal with the question of how to get you and your bike from Caldaro back to Naturno, we organize a bike shuttle. We will guide you to eight especially beautiful and powerful cultural places in our region, all of which are marked and numbered on the map. There is an appropriate clue for each place. You need to find a wooden template with a picture on it and then copy it into the correct space on your sheet. Once every location has been visited and all of the images found and correctly entered on the map, the map can be handed in to one of the tourist information offices in Hafling, Mölten or Jenesien. In addition to visit the best cultural spots on the Tschögglberg mountain ridge, you will be rewarded with a little surprise. Important: Don’t forget your pen!

Guided hike to the Neustift abbey. With our guide you hike from Natz through the apple orchards and vineyards to the Neustift abbey. There you will be given a guided tour of the abbey and learn about its history. Admission to the monastery is free for holders of the Natz-Schabs Card, Almencard, and any Museumobilcard. Please present the card upon entry. Afterwards you can visit the monastery garden on your own (optional - Fee required).

Learn the basic rules of fishing, both in theory and in practice, in the fish pond Sandwirt. After a few eventful hours a cosy conclusion.

The members of the Riversurf Brixen group navigate the Eisack river with their surfboards and with an elastic rope attached to the Widmann bridge. They amaze the spectators with various tricks such as curves, turns and jumps. Together with the municipality of Brixen, the association aims to build Italy’s first river wave, modelled on the world-famous Eisbach wave in Munich.

From the village centre of Prissian, the path leads over the old wooden-roofed stone bridge to the "Waldsteig" and on to the Schmiedlhof farm. From there, we walk along the contemplation trail with the seven sacraments to the church of St James with its Romanesque frescoes, which are well worth seeing. The hiking trail leads through dense deciduous and mixed forest to Obersirmian and the church of St Apollonia. The view of the surrounding area from the hill is impressive, especially the view of the Catinaccio and the Sciliar. We then descend slowly to Nals and return to Lana by bus. The Spitzige Lun on the sunny slopes of the Upper Venosta Valley is one of the first mountain summits to be accessible after the winter snows have subsided.
