Founded by Oliva Pizzinini together with her sister Hilda on 19 June 1956, it has belonged to the Pizzinini-Crazzolara family for more than half a century. In 1994, Irene Crazzolara and Karl Eisenstecken took over the management of the hotel and, in the meantime, their son Andreas Eisenstecken started the development and improvement of services, increasing the level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and the utmost care for guests.
