This cooking course is all about local wild herbs. Herbs and wild herbs are collected in the garden, which are then processed into a delicious lunch together with herbalist Rosi Mangger Walder. The event will be in German and Italian.

No two alpine pastures are alike, and nowhere is this more evident than here in the mountainous region of South Tyrol. Our guided excursions for hikers of all ages and experience levels take you to a different alpine pasture every week! The Radlsee refuge is located high above the Eisack Valley on the legendary Radlsee lake in the basin between the Königangerspitze and Hundskopf peaks. On the way, we learn a lot about alpine herbs, mountain farming and the formation of the Alps and Dolomites. The moderately difficult hike is worthwhile with its breathtaking mountain panorama and relaxing tranquillity on the mountain. This child-friendly walk leads to the river in the Winnebachtal valley. On arrival, children and adults can try to cross the stream with the help of a rope and a slackline. Therefore it is more suited to those who enjoy cycling uphill on your MTB or e-bike. The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. Our journey takes place by taxi, which brings us to the Huberkreuz parking in Barbiano. From there, we start our hike, which takes us with a gentle ascent through the picturesque landscape to the mountain pine oil distillery. Upon arrival, we are greeted with a guided tour where we learn about the traditional production techniques and gain fascinating insights into the world of mountain pine. An all-time favourite with young and old alike and a sustainable novelty here in our climes, which offer perfect conditions to our furry friends from North America, is a trekking tour with llamas. In addition to an informative guided tour, the trekking also includes a tour of the farm where the animals are kept, insights into farm life and, last but not least, a "Marende" (afternoon snack) at the Waldharthof farm. An unforgettable experience! Enjoy hiking through Naz-Sciaves/Natz-Schabs with the fluffy animals. Afterwards you will also get an insight into farm life and enjoy a South Tyrolean snack.

With Walter's "De Oro" breeding. Start: 11 a.m. Linzbach train stop. Duration: approx. 3 hours, level of difficulty: easy/medium (not suitable for baby carriages). Price: € 43 p.p. / € 95 for families (€ 40/€ 90 with RittenCard). Every Wednesday we take a walk with our well-behaved llamas and alpacas from Linzbach towards Wolfsgrubener See. Once we arrive at the "Lido" café by the lake, we give our animals a break for an hour, where you can treat yourself to a well-deserved ice cream or refreshment. During the hour's stay, each participant is free to use their time as they wish. On a hot summer's day, the lake invites you to swim, and if you want to satisfy your hunger at lunchtime, you can have a small snack in the "Lido" café or eat a delicious burger in Sea 23. For all honey lovers, the Beekeeping Museum is located in the immediate vicinity and is well worth a visit. In addition to the bee products on sale there, you shouldn't miss a tour of the museum. After the break, we make our way back to Linzbach with our tame stallions. Note: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to convert this tour into a shorter trek. The ride leads from Ibsenplatz in Gossensass (alternatively from the Oudoor Center bike rental in Sterzing) along the Brenner cycle route north to Giggelberg. After a pleasant ascent, we visit part of the Pflersch Valley with a turn-off to the Route232 snack station. Here we can enjoy a short break with a vital snack on the sun terrace. Take the cable car from Kurzras to the glacier. The rest of the route takes you to the glacier tongue. From here, you will use harnesses, crampons and a rope to cross the Hochjochferner glacier. You will be shown the special features of the fascinating glacier world and daredevils can be abseiled into a crevasse. The descent is via the Schöne Aussicht mountain hut back to Kurzras. Enjoy the marvellous, unique view from the oldest high alpine pasture in Tyrol over the Untervinschgau valley and the entrance to the Schnalstal valley. The starting point of the hike is above Katharinaberg at the Schroflhof car park (1,708 m above sea level). From here, follow path no. No. 9 in the direction of Moar Alm. After a leisurely two-hour ascent, you have now conquered around 400 metres in altitude and reached the Moar Alm. After a well-earned break, the route continues via the Hühnerspielhof towards Katharinaberg. Longing breathes in our souls, the silence of the mountains lets us hear the voice of our hearts: A mountain hike to the panoramic Col da Lech. Here, at 2,175m, a fantastic panorama of the Dolomites and the main Alpine ridge unfolds. Not only do our eyes widen, but so do our hearts! A short drive takes us to the tranquil Ladin mountain village of Welschellen/Rina. Free parking at the sports field/starting point (1,512m). First we hike gently uphill, with surprising views of the Dolomites, to the enticing Welschellener Alm/rest stop (1,947m). We soon reach the tree line, behind which wide, gentle mountain meadows stretch out. We cross a ridge to reach the Col da Lech summit cross (2,175m), which can be seen from afar. The approximately two-hour night hike leads from the center of Partschins through orchards and deciduous forests to the impressive Partschins waterfall. The path covers about 430 meters in altitude.
