In the outside area of the Bunker Museum, a spacious enclosure provides an opportunity to watch ibexes from a close distance. These impressive game animals are the unofficial national symbol of the Texelgruppe Nature Park and populate the Hinterpasseier also in the wild. They demonstrate their climbing skills in the rocky terrain at the bunker and hardly let themselves be disturbed by our guests. In addition, the Bunker Mooseum offers a wealth of unforgettable impressions and experiences, exciting history, science, impressive nature and landscape. The guided tour will be in German.

Did you know that wild plants are bursting with vitamins and minerals? On a short hike with herbalist Rosi, learn what wild herbs are all about and collect a wide variety of seasonal herbs, which are then creatively processed in a workshop. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

Note: currently, the tour is only offered in German and Italian. Take part in the icy experience with our mountain guide Robert Ciatti and feel the glacier with all your senses. Take the cable car from Kurzras to the glacier. The rest of the route takes you to the glacier tongue. From here, you will use harnesses, crampons and a rope to cross the Hochjochferner glacier. You will be shown the special features of the fascinating glacier world and daredevils can be abseiled into a crevasse. The descent is via the Schöne Aussicht mountain hut back to Kurzras. Additional information: high alpine tour; walking time: approx. 6-7 hours incl. practice on the glacier; good basic physical condition as well as good footwear and surefootedness required min. 2 participants; max. 10 participants.

Local producers from Tisens and the surrounding area sell their homemade goods and regional products at the Farmers' Market in Tisens (Tisner Bauernmarkt) in the centre of Tisens. For example, in addition to seasonal fresh vegetables and fruit, you can also find eggs, juices, bread and cheese. Come along, have al look araound and enjoy some tasting while having a chat with the exhibitors.

A boon for the lungs, balm for soul and senses. Measured movement combined with targeted climate exposure and expert guidance for endurance and thermoregulation training lead to relaxation and recovery, but also to hardening and strengthening of the immune system. The approximately two-hour night hike leads from the center of Partschins through orchards and deciduous forests to the impressive Partschins waterfall. The path covers about 430 meters in altitude.

Guided tour of the church and visit to the Romanesque three apses church of St. Margarethen. It is one of the Romanesque sites in South Tyrol and represents an art-historical treasure of European value. On the Romanesque Road you will come across numerous documents from earlier times. From the "Foolish Virgins" and the "Dumpling Eater", to one of the oldest churches in Tyrol, the smallest town in the Alps and the highest Benedictine monastery in Europe, as well as other Romanesque frescoes and sites of unspeakable value, these are all part of the "Stairway to Heaven" project. We take the Brenner motorway to Rovereto. Through the Loppio Valley and the Passo San Givanni we already reach the north-eastern shore of Lake Garda at Torbole. We drive along the eastern shore to Malcesine. There we enjoy a longer stay to get to know the famous town on the eastern shore. In the early afternoon we take a private boat to Limone. Via Arco and the Sarca Valley past the beautifully situated Lake Toblino and through the narrow Vela Gorge we reach the Adige Valley again and the Brenner motorway back to Schenna.

An adventure for the whole family! Participants can experience the thrill of wild water on the Adige River in specially rafts, guided by professional instructors from the outdoor activity organization "Acquaterra". A shuttle service will bring our guests from Algund Town Hall to Kastelbell in the Vinschgau Valley, the starting point of the tour.

ONLY IN GERMAN OR ITALIAN Niedereben Farm is situated at an altitude of 634 metres on Nörderberg mountain. Benefiting from the advantageous climate, olives, grapes and cacti all flourish here. The Hofer family supplies the local organic specialist retailer (Biokistl) with its fruit and vegetables and sells a variety of home produced, typical South Tyrolean organic products in their own farm shop. Cows, pigs, quails, ducks, geese and chickens all feel like “pigs in clover” on the farm! This introduction to the long history of the farm gives visitors an insight into livestock husbandry and wine growing on the Vinschgau’s Nörderberg mountain and shows the route taken from the first olives to the production of the farm’s own olive oil. The following products are available to buy directly from the farm shop: speck (bacon), salami, smoked sausages, cooked herb-crusted ham, Coppa ham, farmer’s speck, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and in the autumn months chestnuts and pumpkins, apple juice and Vernatsch wine.

Together with a mountain guide, you'll climb this approximately 1-kilometre-long via ferrata, gaining 550 vertical metres and secured with 1,000 metres of steel cable. The route is of medium difficulty (A – B with short B/C sections) and ends with the spectacular rock formation known as the "Engelskante" ("Angel's Edge"). Who is the tour suitable for? This tour is ideal for mountain lovers who are sure-footed, have no fear of heights, and are in good physical condition. Previous via ferrata experience is an advantage. What to bring: - Full via ferrata equipment (helmet, harness, via ferrata set – rental possible) - Plenty of water (especially in warm weather – south-facing route!) - A light snack - Sun protection - Trekking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing Ascent: From the Piffinger Köpfl mountain station, follow trail no. 3 to the junction with the Schartlweg (no. 18), then continue to the start of the via ferrata. Descent: We descend together via the Kuhleiten hut (refreshments available) and trail no. 19A. Climbing as an unforgettable vacation experience - this is what the Rockarena Merano climbing hall offers with the "Kraxln & Äktschn" summer offer. Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.
