Sample typical Tyrolean cuisine specialities in a magical setting, 2,300 metres above sea level in the wonderful Dolomites. Located at the top of the Gardena Pass on the border between Val Gardena and Val Badia, Dantercepies Mountain Lounge restaurant offers you all this and much more. From its large trademark windows, you can admire an enchanting panorama of the Sassolungo and the Cir and Sella groups from dawn to dusk. Dantercepies Mountain Lounge enjoys a fascinating location, easily reachable from the famous mountain resort of Selva di Val Gardena via a single lift. During the ascent on the modern Dantercepies cable car, a spectacular scenery will open before your eyes, until you reach our panoramic terrace. If you arrive at Passo Gardena by car, you can reach us on foot or using the comfortable Cir chairlift. If you come from Val Badia, you can use the Colfosco lifts to reach us, both in summer and winter. Baby changing table

Ideal starting point for ski - lovers, 100 meters from the slopes of the Sella Ronda. In summer ideal starting point for hikes and climbing tours. Historic refuge built in 1884. Typical restaurant with traditional, homemade dishes. The venue offers an outdoor terrace on the most beautiful square in Ortisei. In the afternoon, it’s the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif with a splendid view of the little church.

The Danielhütte mountain lodge, an oasis embedded in magnificent high mountain scenery with a unique panorama. At an altitude of 2240 metres, in the midst of the sunny Seceda mountain pasture, which is surrounded by some of the most breathtaking peaks of the Dolomites, our cosy mountain hut is waiting for you.

In a reserved dining-room surrounded by a magnificent view, our Chef Andrea Moccia and his staff will propose a menu that is simply unique, comprising dishes which offer a modern interpretation of the culinary traditions of Trentino - Alto Adige, together with the finest wines.

The hut is located on the Trentino side right under the Sassolungo. We have 12 beds in comfort rooms with own bathroom and 30 more beds in typical tyrolean rooms with sharing bathrooms. The refuge has boot warmers, clothes dryer and e-bike refills with the possibility to put the bikes indoors, a modern ski-room and a private ski-lift that takes you directly to the Dolomiti Superski slopes 12 resorts and 1200km of slopes and the famous Sellaronda without cold morning queues. Our cuisine is typical with a touch of modernity, many dishes offered come from our organic farms in Highlander, the largest in Italy. Access: from Campitello di Fassa via the Col Rodella cable car, then descending for 10 minutes along the path that leads to Sasso Piatto or from Passo Sella taking the Friedrich August path in 30 minutes you arrive at the refuge. Our hut is situated on the Sella Pass in the middle of the breathtaking Dolomites scenery. Thanks to its position between Val Gardena and Val di Fassa, you can enjoy a fantastic 360° view. In winter you can reach us directly via the Sellaronda. In summer, however, you can reach us either from the Sella Pass after a comfortable 25-minute walk or from Campitello di Fassa with the Col Rodella cable car and after a 20-minute walk downhill towards the Sella Pass. Another option to reach us is by bike in 10 minutes from the Sella Pass or downhill from the Col Rodella cable car towards the Sella Pass in only 5 minutes. A large selection of creative culinary dishes from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine awaits you here. Also pizza lovers will not miss out(only winter).
