    Wat zou wandelen in Zuid-Tirol zijn zonder de traditionele Brettlmarende vlees- en kaasspreads? In Zuid-Tirol vind je bijna 200 almboerderijen en berghutten, gelegen tussen 300 en 2000 m boven zeeniveau, die deze fantastische snacks serveren. De hutten hebben een fantastisch uitzicht op de omliggende bergen en de weelderige valleibodem. Overal waar hutten en boerderijen zijn, is heerlijk eten nooit ver weg - van het hoogplateau van de Seiser Alm tot het Hirzer- of Saltengebergte of overal in Zuid-Tirol waar wandelpaden zijn.     WELCOME to Adler Alm hut! The ideal starting point both for simple or more challenging hikes. Enjoy delicious traditional dishes and cheese from our own production. From Kasern/Casere the Adleralm hut can be reached comfortably with the baby stroller. For the kids we have a children’s playground.

    In the cold season our hut is a popular destination for winter hiking, snow shoe hiking and ski touring. In addition our hut is located on the cross country track Kasern/Casere.

    Starting point: upper Gasse (1.500m) The hiking tour starts in Gasse in Ridanna. You can also take the car and drive on for about 15 minutes. Turn left towards “Entholz” and at the sign to the Valtiglalm drive on about 2 kilometers until you reach a wooden bridge, where you can park your car. Then follow the path no. 26 upwards to the mountain pasture Valtiglalm. Tip: traditional dishes

On the eastern edge of the plateau, the path no. 9A branches off on the right and leads steeply up over grassy slopes to the mountain pasture Aglsalm. Tip: cream, hard and grey cheese, alp butter, “Apfelkiachl” (apple pies), donuts on weekends
