Experience the autumnal alpine splendour during a mountain bike tour together with the Bike Academy Sesto Dolomites. After a few easy uphill sections, you will be rewarded with a marvellous view of the Three Peaks. After a well-deserved break, you return to the village of Sesto. We start at the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten and tackle the first 4 km on a forest road to the Rotwandwiesen (1,950 m). From there, we go over the Schellab-Alm down to the Kreuzbergpass, where trail No. 146 takes us to the Coltrondoalm (1,880 m). We continue on past the Nemesalm Hut to the Klammbachalm (1,950 m). In the end, we return to Sesto. There won't be a dry eye in the house - the "Vollmond" - Band's show promises top musical enjoyment combined with an attack on the laugh muscles. Also taking part is the show entertainer Sax Martl - known for his appearances at the Munich Oktoberfest. There are always guest appearances by local musicians and groups.

Together with Martha, you will start a leisurely walk towards St. Michael. After about 30 minutes, we reach our first stop: the Zerund farm. There, you’ll gain a fascinating insight into life on a farm – including a visit to the barn. The hike then continues via Scherplatz to the Krahof farm. There, a delicious South Tyrolean snack awaits you, lovingly prepared with products from the farm. The farm gates also open for us at Krahof: get to know the free-range hens that lay the popular South Tyrolean free-range eggs. Easy hike -Total walking time: 2 hours – ideal for food lovers, families, and nature enthusiasts. The event takes place in German and Italian.

Get in the saddle with the instructors of the Bike School for an easy excursion on the slopes surrounding San Vigilio, from where you can enjoy the extraordinary autumn views, brightly colored by the foliage.
The route will take you along less-frequented roads, where you will discover old houses and historic farms, built in the traditional Ladin style.
To enjoy the experience at its best, and to make it accessible to everyone, we ask you to use an electric bike.

Since 1994, UNIKA has served as a premier platform for sculpture, painting, and photography by local and regional artists. Each year, UNIKA artists present their works at a variety of events, fairs, and exhibitions – most notably the acclaimed UNIKA Art Fair and the biennial Idea Unika – Art in the Centre. The UNIKA Art Fair proudly looks back on 31 successful years. During this time, over a hundred artists have showcased their work to a discerning and art-loving audience. A particular highlight was the anniversary edition in 2019, which featured internationally renowned artists such as Aron Demetz, Peter Demetz, Bruno Walpoth, Gregor Prugger, and Wilhelm Senoner. From September 11 to 14, 2025, the 31st edition of the UNIKA Art Fair will take place in the tennis hall of Ortisei-Runggaditsch. Sculptors, painters, photographers, and woodturners will present more than 200 unique and diverse artworks. The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The fair will be officially opened with a vernissage on September 10, 2025, while Unika’s Long Night will take place on September 13 – an inspiring evening celebrating art, atmosphere, and human connection.

We start with the public bus to Vierschach/Versciaco and go with the cable car to the Helm/Monte Elmo (2.050 m). Here the hike begins via the Hüttensteig path nr. 20 to the Rif. Sillianer Hütte hut. After a refreshment (hut or self-catering), the way back is via the old Helmhaus at 2.434 m. With a 360° view between the Italian-Austrian border, we learn a lot about the exciting history of this area. Descent via hiking trail nr. 4a and the Rif. The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park also has a heart, and that is called Braies Lake. The Braies Lake is located in an untouched rock basin and is overlooked by the majestic Seekofel, it is also considered the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. To see it all, a walk of one and a half hours on the easy circular path is enough. There are only a few experts left who know the traditional method of making butter, and Christian Leitgeb is one of them. He will take you to his farm, the Eggerhöfe, to show you how butter is made. You will learn more about this regional and sustainable productand a fter a demonstration, sample the homemade butter on some freshly baked bread.

Autumn pleasures: Strudel hike - discover the secrets of the South Tyrolean dish With hiking guide Paula we set off from the village centre in Seis to St.Oswald. A short stop will be made at the Puntschiederhof farm, where we can taste apple juice and apples. We continue our hike to the restaurant St. Oswald, where we are shown how to prepare the traditional South Tyrolean apple strudel. Afterwards we will taste it together.
