The menu features both classic bouillon chinoise fondue and cheese fondue, accompanied by timeless raclette and a curated South Tyrolean aperitif. Our hut is situated on the Sella Pass in the middle of the breathtaking Dolomites scenery. Thanks to its position between Val Gardena and Val di Fassa, you can enjoy a fantastic 360° view. In winter you can reach us directly via the Sellaronda. In summer, however, you can reach us either from the Sella Pass after a comfortable 25-minute walk or from Campitello di Fassa with the Col Rodella cable car and after a 20-minute walk downhill towards the Sella Pass. Another option to reach us is by bike in 10 minutes from the Sella Pass or downhill from the Col Rodella cable car towards the Sella Pass in only 5 minutes. A large selection of creative culinary dishes from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine awaits you here. Also pizza lovers will not miss out(only winter). Built in 1888 as one of the first mountain huts in Val Gardena. It’s located on the sunny side in the middle of the Nature Park Puez-Odle with a stunning view on the Sassolungo and on the Odle mountains. The Rifugio Firenze was built in 1888 as one of the first mountain huts in Val Gardena by the German-Austrian Alpine Club (DÖAV Regensburg). When in 1921, with the end of the First World War, South Tyrol was given to Italy, the administration of the hut was transferred to the CAI of Florence, which renamed it "Rifugio Firenze". In 2010, after almost 90 years in hands of CAI Florence, the hut was entrusted to the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, which still owns it. Open in summer from 1st June until mid of October

La Tambra is the Steakhouse of Val Gardena. We offer a wide choice of high quality steaks from all around the world cooked in a special charcoal oven. Let yourself capture by a cozy wooden ambiente with traditonal food and tasty pizza from the oldest wood-oven in town. All this accompanied by soft Jazz music in the background.

The Puez hut was built in 1889 by the Austro-German section of the Alpenverein. After the First World War it passed to the Bolzano section of the CAI which, in 1940, handed it over to the well-known alpine guide Pietro Costa, an expert ski instructor and passionate hunter. Costa ran the hut until 1989 and then passed the helm to his children Oscar and Gemma. With the passing of the years and the explosion of high-altitude tourism, needs changed. In order to adapt to the times, the CAI decided to build a new, larger and more modern hut next to the old building. Thus it was that on 8th August 1982, in the presence of the then President of the Republic Sandro Pertini, the new Puez Refuge was inaugurated. In 2024 the Puez hut passed into the hands of the next generation and is now managed by Costa Denis, Pietro Costa's grandson. Assisted by his wife and two daughters, Denis carries on his grandfather's legacy with love and passion.

The "Cason" alpine hut is situated at 5 minutes from the nountain station of the funicular Reciesa. From here you can see a beautiful mountain panorama and you can enjoy the calm. It is also starting point of comfortably tours for families with little children. You get spoil with traditional specialities and homemade products. Open from mit June to mid September. The Vikoler family is glad to welcome you.

In our newly designed wine bar "Zirm" we serve tasty meat and fish dishes with ingredients of the highest quality with a large selection of wines. You find us right on the "Luis Trenker" promenade in quiet atmosphere away from all the hustle and bustle of the town.

Baita Sangon is located at the foot of Mount Seceda, surrounded by the nature of the Dolomites. Here you'll find authentic homemade cuisine, a carefully selected range of South Tyrolean wines - including natural wines - and genuine hospitality. With its sunny terrace from morning to evening, the hut is perfect for a relaxing and tasteful break. In summer, it's an easy destination for families, hikers, and cyclists, with a playground, deckchairs, and bunnies. In winter, it can be reached on skis or on foot from Col Raiser or Seceda - ideal for lunch or an aperitif in the mountains.

Our desserts like the homemade apple pie, the delicious “Germknödel” (germ dumpling) or our “Preiselbeeromlettes” (Cranberry omelettes) provide a cozy warm feeling in the stomach when the mountain air stimulates your appetite.
