Ristorante Porcino is a fine dining restaurant nestled in the Badia Hill Hotel, named after the prized porcini mushroom – the “gold of the Dolomites.” Led by Chef Marco Verginer and sommelier Michaela Mair, it offers a creative tasting menu that blends Alpine flavors with Mediterranean finesse. The refined interior and panoramic mountain views create an unforgettable setting. Dinner is served exclusively through two seasonal tasting menus, available by reservation only.

In our cozy farmhouse inn or on the sunny terrace, you can enjoy the finest dishes of Ladin and Tyrolean cuisine. Our traditional dishes are based on excellent products from our agriculture and the region: dumplings with goulash, creamy soup from the Rit meadows, and tagliatelle with ragout are some of our specialties. Of course, we offer a wide range of wines and beers from South Tyrol cannot. Every day we offer our flagship dishes made from Angus beef from our herd, a very flavorful, tender, and rich in Omega-3 fatty acids meat.

Our small restaurant in San Cassiano is a space with a strong and distinctive character, where dishes are prepared using organic products from our farm and the local area. Speedy. Cheap. Yummy Snack Bar Corf is located opposite the Boè cable car in Corvara and is the perfect place to relax after a long, tiring day in the mountains. It was founded in the winter of 1982 as a simple kiosk. In the meantime it has become a family-run establishment where you can enjoy a good breakfast, a fresh aperitif, tasty fast food or a delicious ice cream. Our most famous dish is undoubtedly the porchetta sandwich, but we also invite you to try our hamburgers, salads, sausages and let's not forget the delicious rotisserie chicken on the spit (only available in summer).

In our restaurant in Alta Badia you can taste several house specialties: from Ladin and rustic tastes to traditional Italian and international cuisine. While you are eating you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape through the windows of the restaurant. Almost all products and ingredients come from the area, and our seasonal dishes are prepared with fresh products from the local market. For those who have known us for many years, our restaurant at Passo Campolongo is truly a must-visit! The strudels and polenta with venison from Senior Albina have become legendary in the Dolomites Passes. Anyone who has had the chance to taste them fondly remembers their flavor, texture, and aroma. The main feature of Monte Cherz is its tradition, evident in every detail, from the dining rooms to the bar. The restaurant offers classics of Ladin tradition, from the typical canederli with butter and smoked ricotta to the strudel with South Tyrolean apples, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts, all made according to traditional recipes. The ambiance is simple but truly welcoming. And why not enjoy a crispy pizza during the summer season? Don’t miss the chance to dine on our sunny panoramic terrace as well!

Welcome to our restaurant in Corvara, Burjè 1968. Chef Nicola Laera, assisted by his staff, is a passionate cook. The basis of his dishes is the choice of raw materials of the highest quality, which are carefully sought among producers and suppliers who work with ethics and sustainability. Chef Laera awaits you with his Fine Dining culinary proposal to offer you a journey of strong and authentic flavours. Dogs are welcome in the bistro and on the outdoor terrace. However, pets and children unter 14 are not allowed during the evening service in the restaurant. On Sunday evening the restaurant is closed.

Our family-run Pizzeria Traföi is located in the same building as the apartments and has a bar and a dining room with rustic furnishings. You can also dine outside on the terrace or in the "Stüa", an ideal place for meetings, parties or groups looking for a cosy, secluded setting. For our pizzas we select and use fresh, high quality, genuine and local products. An intimate and cosy atmosphere guarantees you a unique experience in the heart of Val Badia. Our speciality is the pizza with chanterelles mushrooms, which you can enjoy during the summer months. The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, except Mondays when it is closed (during off-season).
