Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope
The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. Our sun terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a magical setting.

Snack Bar Corf is located opposite the Boè cable car in Corvara and is the perfect place to relax after a long, tiring day in the mountains. It was founded in the winter of 1982 as a simple kiosk. In the meantime it has become a family-run establishment where you can enjoy a good breakfast, a fresh aperitif, tasty fast food or a delicious ice cream. Our most famous dish is undoubtedly the porchetta sandwich, but we also invite you to try our hamburgers, salads, sausages and let's not forget the delicious rotisserie chicken on the spit (only available in summer).
Nestled among the towering rock giants of Sas dla Crusc, the Lavarella massif, Lagazuoi, and Setsas, our Ütia Saraghes is set in a breathtaking landscape – ready to be discovered and enjoyed.
Since 2001, our mission has been to pamper hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers in the summer, as well as skiers and snowboarders in the winter. In our cozy alpine hut with a restaurant, large sunny terrace, playground, and small petting zoo, you will find the perfect place to relax and have fun.

Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990. Founded as a small ski-restaurant at the top of the ‘Bioch’ chairlift, today it offers a modern experience combining tradition and sustainability. The gastronomic philosophy is based on fresh, local ingredients, emphasising products from the Ladin valleys, with a focus on South Tyrolean wines, thanks to which, in 2020, we were the first hut to be awarded the prized ‘South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award’. More than 1,200 wine labels, 80 % from South Tyrol.Quality catering, wine tastings, special events such as the Gourmet Skisafari, the Wine Skisafari, Cujiné te ütia, Sommelier on the slopes, Saus dl Altonn, thanks to a team of which we are very proud.
In our restaurant in Alta Badia you can taste several house specialties: from Ladin and rustic tastes to traditional Italian and international cuisine. While you are eating you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape through the windows of the restaurant.
Almost all products and ingredients come from the area, and our seasonal dishes are prepared with fresh products from the local market. The offer is completed with a great selection of wines from our wine cellar. The restaurant is also ideal for business events, family celebrations and association meetings.
Four wonderful dining rooms, designed according to the principles of "Emotional Design" and created using exclusively high-quality materials. Lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, in each room you can recognize the four elements of the Chinese art of Feng Shui: fire, earth, metal, and wood as carriers of universal energy.
Our dishes vary depending on the season, but are characterized by their simple preparation and the freshness of the ingredients used. Only top-quality products are transformed into delicacies. In addition to the cheese specialties from the Lüch Da Pcëi farm, our menu also offers a variety of salads, fish dishes, homemade pasta, speck and cheese platters, yogurt cups, as well as ice cream, milkshakes, and delicious fruit salads. Our mountain hut was built in the year 2000, and you can find us on the red slope of San Cassiano (no. 12).
We prepare homemade local dishes, offer gluten-free options, and the traditional "Kaiserschmarrn."
We are accessible from the red slope of San Cassiano, the sledding track, as well by foot from San Cassiano in about an hour, starting from the valley station of Piz Sorega.
Once a week, we organize a dinner at the hut by reservation, with transport provided by snow cat.
On December 31st, we also organize a New Year's Eve dinner, again on reservation.

Our guests can choose between typical dishes of Val Badia, rich in tradition and prepared according to original recipes, among which game specialties stand out, or refined and delicious international specialties, with Mediterranean or exotic accents, for a journey into taste. The careful selection of high quality South Tyrolean products, always fresh and seasonal, is the basis of each of our creations, for an all-round culinary experience.
How Chef Franz Castlunger and his team interpret good taste Local, with products from farmers in the Ladin valleys and fresh vegetables from the garden. Regional, with raw materials, mainly organic, selected in South Tyrol. National, with delicacies from carefully selected Italian producers. International, with a creative interpretation of gastronomic inputs selected from the cuisines of the world. This is the way of cooking in our restaurant in San Cassiano, open to house guests and those passing through, to whom we recommend making a reservation in order to enjoy.
