The restaurant places the emphasis on Tyrolean specialities. The hut can also be reached by a hike from Geiselsberg (accessible by Citybus 435.2) or by car.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.
