We invite you to our culinary highlights of the South Tyrolean cuisine – traditional or with a new interpretation. Enjoy our south tyrolean break or our homemade cakes and desserts – and last but not least the stunning panoramic view on the Alpe di Siusi. We try to develop a close collaboration between the region’s agriculture and the tourism sector. RUSTIC - The old farmhouse parlour is more than 150 years old and comes from Val Pusteria. This special wood spreads a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. COSY - Using a professional mixture of tradtional and modern style and the combination of the old wood from local forests with natural stone and glass create this special alpine flair AUTHENTIC - Food should be consumed there where it is grown and harvested – according to this principle we are buying food, ingredients and drinks from local farmers of the area.

The ski lodge Pfeifer Huisele, located directly at the top station of the Ladurns ski area, offers hot meals with South Tyrolean specialties such as dumpling dishes, Kaiserschmarrn and much more. The hut is a meeting point for young and old, to enjoy in-house grappa or hot special drinks in an exuberant mood.

Restaurant, Bar & Hofschank directly at the Speikboden skiing region. We serve local specialities and local dishes at an elevation of 1,350 m in the midst of the Speikboden skiing and hiking region with gorgeous views of the surrounding 3,000 m peaks. We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Group reservations can be arranged after regular business hours.

The Keim family welcomes you warmly at the Ladurnerhütte, located in the middle of the ski and hiking area of Ladurns in the beautiful South Tyrol.

This tranquil ski hut belongs to the eposymous Niederegger Hof farm and is one of the most popular places when it comes to farm holidays in the Valdaora area. Located right next to the final slope down into the valley towards the "Gassl", the cosy farmhouse offers overnight accommodation but is also worth a detour to enjoy a welcome break. The restaurant places the emphasis on Tyrolean specialities.

The Rifugio I Tablà is located at 2040 meters above sea level between La Villa, Corvara, and San Cassiano, in the heart of the Alta Badia area. Our structure, with its traditional architecture, reflects the authenticity and warmth of Ladin tradition. We offer a bar and a restaurant with a beautiful sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing after summer hikes or winter skiing. Our products are carefully selected to offer you genuine dishes. There are always traditional dishes, but you will also find creations from Michelin-starred chefs and dishes skillfully prepared by our own chefs. You can also discover interesting wine labels in our wine list. In summer, we offer a playground and host animals such as goats, rabbits, chickens, and quails, making the visit even more special for our young guests. Meeting point and promenade... this is a place to come and go and come again. Located at the heart of the easy Plateau slope, this well-visited hut is also easy to reach, even for winter-sports novices. Its new, recently updated facade, the outstanding à la carte cuisine and the breathtaking 230° panorama and huge sun deck featuring the occasional musical "pick-me-ups" make this a favourite haunt for locals and visitors alike.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.

The Arnika hut on the Bullaccia/Puflatsch offers walkers, hikers and skiers a friendly place to stop for refreshment. A beautiful sun terrace, cosy inn and children’s playground all situated in the midst of either a sea of alpine flowers or a winter wonderland. NO service of return on the slopes for skiers.

Come and enjoy a very special viewing point in the mountain hut restaurant. The Dolomites – with an alpine culture that seeks its equal. We cordially invite you to come and experience the 360° Dolomite Cinema, with a view of the magnificent Schlern/Sciliar, the Plattkofel and Langkofel, and the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi, Europe's largest high-altitude meadows. A refreshing experience for mind and body. That's because we also make every effort to offer you the finest dining and drinking. With fresh ingredients and a passion for perfection, we'll prepare mouth-watering dishes for your personal enjoyment. Come and experience it with all your senses! The Tschötsch Alm is open daily from 8:30 a.m. till 17:30 p.m. We serve warm dishes from 11:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. In the evening, we can prepare special treats for you, upon request. Cordial hospitality is a core value. You can reach us via numerous hiking trails, mountainbike routes, snowshoe hiking trails, and ski slopes.

Panorama Restaurant at the mountain station - 3,212 metres above everyday life. High above, where the sky meets the peaks, a truly special culinary experience awaits you. Located right at the top station of the cable car, our restaurant offers not only exceptional cuisine but also a breathtaking view of the majestic alpine landscape - a place where fine dining and summit moments come togheter.

The largest structure in Plan de Corones offers everything the heart desires. In addition to an extensive self-service area with various serving areas and a restaurant especially for children, this modern architectural delight at the summit also houses a ski school and a winter-sports store. A breathtaking 360° view and an exclusive lounge bar contribute to the feeling of luxury and comfort. Boredom has no place here, even for the athletically challenged!

Whether it’s summer or winter, Kristallalm at Klausberg is your consummate Alpine tavern in South Tyrol. Kristallalm offers stylish aperitifs in its K-Lounge, fine dining in its traditional Stuben parlours, après ski Tyrolean style, top-class events, and fun and relaxation for the whole family.

Highlights: in the winter on Tuesdays sledging and gourmet evening and in the summer on Fridays gourmet evening.

Directly on the Hubertus slope! We spoil you with grilled specialties and Pizzas on our sun terrace with views at the Latemar and Rosengarten. Day off Wednesday evening and Thursday.

The newly-built Grünbodenhütte mountain hut is a fully serviced ski refuge, which also offers self-service. Situated right next to the Grünbodenexpress ski/hiking lift mountain station, it places great emphasis on the quality of its regional cuisine. The Grünbodenhütte is conveniently located on the Panoramaweg panoramic trail. Our terrace offers you a panorama that normally only the Gods deserve. From the Sassopiatto and the Passo Molignon to the Sciliar and the Ötztal Alps you can enjoy a 200° panoramic view that is unparalleled. You may feel a little bit like in heaven. And what could be better than enjoying one of our numerous delicious meals and a glass of South Tyrolean Vernatsch or Lagrein wine to accompany the breathtaking view?

Our hut is located in the hiking and skiing area Klausberg. We are looking forward to prepare traditional Tyrolean dishes for you in summer and in winter.

Our two huts are located 100 m from the Plose gondola lift in Kreuztal, close to the ‘Schönboden’ chairlift and easily accessible for skiers and snowboarders, as well as for tobogganists and walkers. By enriching the South Tyrolean menu with traditional Roman dishes, we have created a unique combination of sea and mountains. Enjoy your break on one of our panoramic terraces!
