This route starts at the Naturno railway station bridge and follows the paved road towards the sports grounds. There it turns right and runs on to Cirlano/Tschirland and Stava/Staben. The route returns along the cycle path, all the way to Cirlano bridge, where it then follows the Etschdammweg trail.
This route circling the Sassolungo massif is a superlative trial run. The beautiful landscape and the breathtaking views will make you forget the physical exertion. The route runs mostly on a constant elevation between approx. 2,200 m and 2,300 m, so that you experience only small changes in elevation. Starting point is at Sella Pass, from here we run alongside the path no. 557 (Friedrich August Way) to the Rifugio Sasso Piatto. Then we take the no. 527 path, which brings us below the Sasso Piatto to where it forks off to the Rifugio Vicenza. From here, we take the path no. 526 to Tramans. Here we continue on path no. 526 to the Comici hut and over the Città dei Sassi back to the Sella Pass.
This route starts at the Naturno railway station bridge and follows the paved road towards the bridge of Plaus. There it crosses the bridge and follows then the via Gröben towards the forest of Monte Tramontana. There it follows the Rittersteig along the Alpine-Well-Fit-Parcour back to Naturno. Length: 10,2 km. Elevation level at starting point: 544 m. Hight differenc: 229 m.

From the village square via Valiares follow the trail called “Tres La Val” up to the “Spiaggetta Ciamaor” park. From there following the signs to “Tres La Val” and continue on the right side of the stream to Fodara Masaronn. One-way: 5 km
The Val Gardena Mountain Run, one of the most scenic mountain runs in the world, takes place every year in July in Val Gardena. The 14.5 km long route runs from Ortisei over the sleepy hamlet of St. Jacob in the UNESCO World Heritage area Puez-Geisler, and from there to the summit of Ortisei’s “local” mountain, the Seceda. The view which awaits us along the route and at our destination at 2,457 m is simply stunning. The return route can be taken comfortably by cable car.
This route starts from the Nischlhof farm and goes on along the Vogeltenn Promenade and the Sonnenberger Panorama Path to the Runsthof farm on t Weitgrub as far as Pardell. Itthen heads downwards along an asphalted road to the Weintal and on past Stein and Falleggthen down again just before you reach the Rusthof farm to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path and the Vogeltenn Promenade back again to where you started from.
The Val Gardena Railway, which was built during the time of the former Austrian Monarchy to transport war materials from Chiusa to Plan, ceased operation in 1960. What remains is a lovely panorama road which connects the three Val Gardena towns and enjoys immense popularity with both walkers and runners alike. The route is suitable for both a short, gentle morning jog as well as for a long, extended run.
The parking lot serves as the starting and finishing line (beginning of the Ultner Höfeweg farms hiking trails) in Pracupola/Kuppelwies. A very beautiful course amidst the quaint and idyllic Val d’Ultimo/Ultental Valley leading up to S. Nicoló/St. Nikolaus. On the way back, the path runs along the other side of the valley. Difference in altitude: 251 m. Mostly in the forest.
We run from the Ortisei parish church to the base station of the Seceda cable car, from there a small wooden bridge crosses the stream. The path now ascends slightly along the stream through the woods to the Cafe/Restaurant Annatal, where we turn around and run back to Ortisei. On the return leg, we pass a Kneipp facility where we can cool our legs.
This route starts at the mountain station of the Unterstell/Naturno cable-car and heads up to the Meraner Höhenweg which it follows in the direction of the Schnals valley as far as the Lindhof. It then leads downwards past Patleid and back to the start again at the Unterstell farm.
This path starts from the mountain station of the Unterstell/Naturno cable car and heads upwards to Parleid then on to the Lindhof farm on the Meraner Hichenweg. It then leads up to the Dickhof farm, the highest point of the tour, before heading down towards Kopfron on the Meraner Höhenweg and past Innerunterstell before returning to Patleid and the starting point again.
12 kilometers long, the Marlinger Waalweg trail is a popular hiking and jogging trail which runs along the former irrigation channels, the longest of its kind in South Tyrol.
From the mountain station of the funicular railway at 2,103 m altitude we run first westward to the Resciesa summit cross. There we take a little time to enjoy the breathtaking panorama and to cast a look into the neighbouring Val di Funes. After that we take paths no. 10, 31 and 35 toward the Brogles Saddle, whereas we stay approximately at the same elevation, making this run a real pleasure. Arriving at the Brogles Saddle we can either run back the same way to the funicular, or we turn right onto path n. 5, which leads into the path no. 9 through Val d’Anna and finally brings us back to Ortisei. Just before we reach the village we come to a Kneipp facility in Val d’Anna, where we can cool our legs.
From the “Mar Dolomit” swimming pool in Ortisei we run along the stream into the valley and follow the no. 18 path, which leads us over the path no. 30B until just under Monte Pana, past the notable Tervela Waterfall. At the base station of the chair lift we turn right to Ruacia, take the Ruacia road uphill to the roundabout in the centre of S. Cristina and from there up the Cisles road until we turn left over the old railway back to Ortisei. Longer Variant: We run along path no. 18, which takes us through the wild romantic Jender Valley towards Saltria and over the path no. 30A to the Monte Pana high plateau.
From the culture house in Rasun di Sopra enter in the Biotope "Rasner Möser". Continue through the biotope to the Walder farm until reaching the fish pond in Anterselva do Sotto. Along the river back to Rasun di Sopra.
Starting from the Schermoos parkplace, follow trail no. 7 and then the E5 european long-distance trail to reach the Edelweiss restaurant. Come back to your place of departure walking back on the same trail. Duration of the excursion: 2 hours and 40 minutes - Drop/rise: 290 m
From Selva, we run to the parking area in Vallunga and from there past the path no. 14 to the St. Sylvester chapel, and then on through a forest of larches and Swiss stone pines, where we slowly gain elevation and can enjoy the unique panorama of the surrounding Puez-Geisler Nature Park. The valley ends in a large, flat meadow (Pra da Rì), which serves as the turning point of our route.
Shorter Variant: We run to the St. Sylvester chapel and then turn left there at the way of the cross (path no. 26), follow this and then run over Daunei back to Selva.
The path starts from the mountain station of the Unterstell cable car and leads up to Galmein and then on past the Grubhof farm, the Pirchhof farm and the Schnatzhof farm. It then heads back to Galmein where it meets the Meraner Höhenweg (Merano High Path) and goes on to the Linthof farm before heading down to Patleid and back to where it started from.
The trails combines the nordic walking routes in the valley with the jogging routes on Monte Sole. It starts near Nischlhof holiday apartment rental and follows the “Kirchgraben” towards the Castel “Engelsburg”. Then it runs along the “Alter Kirchgraben” uphill all the way to the hut “Höfl” and finally the mountain station of the cable car “Unterstell” on 1.300 m altitude. With the cable car one reaches the valley again. Length: 3,6 km, altitude at starting point: 582, difference in altitude: 717
The Puez circuit is an absolute treat for those who love long trail runs in alpine terrain. We go right at the entrance to the Vallunga, taking the path no. 12 through the Chedul Valley to Creispëina Pass. From the beginning, it’s quite steep, partially in steps, until the valley begins to open and becomes gentler and flatter. From Crespëina Pass we continue over the Dolomite High Path no. 2 to the Rifugio Puez, from there we continue to follow the High Path no. 2 until it diverges in path no. 16, which brings us back to Vallunga.
This track connects the Nordic walking Route in the valley to paths on the slopes of the Sonnenberg mountain. Starting from the Nischlhof farm, the way leads along the Kirchbachgraben to Engelsburg and then up towards the Salten Kirchweg to Höfl and on upwards to the Unterstell farm at 1,300mt. You can then take the Unterstell/Naturno cable-car back to the valley. Please remember to check the cable-car timetable.
The Proves/Proveis village center serves as the starting and the finishing line for the course. The quiet and meditative course in the Nordic Walking Park runs through the forest. Difference in altitude: 264 m. The course offers an impressive panoramic view.
This somewhat more difficult route starts from the Nischlhof farm and follows along the Schlossweg Path for about 150mt. before turning right and heading upwards to the road which leads to Hochnaturns Castle. It then goes on up towards the Sonnenberg and the Falkenstein Guesthouse then follows no. 6, a short, steep path, up to the Walburgweg path. Turn right along the Walburgweg path and go on to the Wiedenplatzer Keller, then head down along the asphalted road and on downwards to the Sonnenberger Panorama Path which takes you to the Vogeltenn Promenade and back again to the starting point.

The trails begin near Nischlhof holiday apartment rental. Then it follows the “Vogeltennpromendade” along the sentiero panoramico on Monte Sole all the way to the “Eichgasse”. Going up towards the restaurant “Wiedenplatzerkeller” it continues on the path “Wallburgweg” until it reaches the intersection at the restaurant “Schwalbennest”. There, it turns downhill passing by Castel “Engelsburg” reaching the starting point. Length: 6,0 km, altitude at starting point: 572m, difference in altitude: 285m
