Directly at the lake lies our idyllically situated restaurant. Comfortable lounges and a charming garden terrace invite to various celebrations. We especially recommend our local specialties like dumplings, "Schlutzkrapfen" or "Tiroler Tris" as well as pasta dishes, grill or our well known Wienerschnitzel. Home made apple strudel, cakes, tiramisù as far as the eye can see let the afternoon fade in a very pleasant way.

The gastronomic concept behind our "BIRRERIA" is the daily search for harmony between the style and tradition of Bavarian restaurants and the quality of Italian cuisine. It ranges from "Paulaner classics", typical local brewery dishes such as dumplings, shin and grilled meats served in copper frying pans, to basic Mediterranean dishes such as pasta, vegetables, fish and of course delicious pizzas baked in two variants, the classic round pizza and pizza by the metre served on elegant wooden chopping boards.

The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The small, regional farm brewery currently offers three types of beer: A sparkling light beer, the full-bodied festive beer and a refreshing wheat-beer. The traditional beer styles are brewed according to the German Purity Law. The beer can be accompanied by cold dishes from the farm kitchen.
Jochen and Constanze Bauder from Germany made their dream come true in Deutschnofen/Nova Pnente. The beer lovers from Germany are newcomers – they taught themselves the craft of brewing, with additional support from a brewmaster from Bavaria.
