The kitchen artist is Tina Marcelli, a young chef full of vigor and drive, full of new, unconventional ideas. Join her on a culinary journey with unique taste experiences, characterized by traditional craftsmanship, regional products, creativity and multi-layered influences, along the following lines "South Tyrol meets the world".
The delicacies are accompanied by renowned wines and sought-after rarities from South Tyrol and from all over the world.

The old sawmill of Casateia is now the caffetteria of the village. Meeting point for the young and less young, opened from early morning to late in the evening.
The ski lodge Pfeifer Huisele, located directly at the top station of the Ladurns ski area, offers hot meals with South Tyrolean specialties such as dumpling dishes, Kaiserschmarrn and much more. The hut is a meeting point for young and old, to enjoy in-house grappa or hot special drinks in an exuberant mood.

Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

The Pleasure Hotel Rainer in South Tyrol offers its guests seasonal and regional products. Chef Hannes focuses on the quality of nature products and purchases many of these products from local farmers. The dishes are refined with herbs from his own herbal garden and from the surrounding alpine pastures and forests in the Jaufental Valley.
