Therefore, every day at the Tenne Lodges starts just as good as it ends: at a finely set table, in a wonderful atmosphere and with all kinds of delicacies bringing a smile to the lips of any connoisseur. At the Tenne Lodges, you enjoy complete culinary freedom, as you can choose among half board, à-la-carte dinner and self-catering in your lodge. As part of the half board, a dreamlike breakfast buffet welcomes you in the morning until 10.30 am, with homemade delights, sweet and savoury specialties, allowing you to start your day just as you prefer. In the evening, an exquisite menu, which is served at the restaurant, is the perfect finish.

DELICIOUS FOOD - Mor sense for culinary pleasure, that is our philosophy. Refined dishes seasoned with subtletly and arranged artistically. Only a dozen dishes on the menu, but a new selection every few weeks. Best quality ingredients, preferably regional or from the region the dish originates. The fine cuisine is complemented by the best pizza: Neapolitan pizza with a high crispy edge.

The search for a delicious à la carte Restaurant will lead you straight to the heart of the pedestrian zone of Sterzing's old town and to the restaurant of Hotel Lamm. Nestled between a glittering multitude of bay windows that characterise this part of town you will find this hidden gem, which will soon have you coming back time and time again. You can also enjoy our delicious specialities on our terrace with spectacular views of the 'Tower of the Twelve' and the Town Hall.
Lunch and dinner, we offer not only tasty pizza from the wood oven, but also homemade pasta dishes, steaks and "Tagliata" from domestic breeding, and hearty salads.
In our three dining-halls – two in Tyrolean rustic style from the year 1908 and one with vaulted ceiling – we serve you delicious creations from our chef Georg Steurer made of the best ingredients of the respective season, fresh fruit and vegetables of local produce as well as home made pasta and sweet delicacies. Elaborate preparation with mainly local ingredients, partly produced on our own farm, which leave nothing to be desired.

We look personally after our guests and serve mainly homemade dishes. We are famous for our homemade sauerkraut.

Our ski lodge in Ratschings, the Schistodl, is located directly on the valley run. For lunch we serve 30 different pizzas and delicious specialties from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. In winter, we offer you from 11 am to 18 clock throughout hot meals. In summer the Schitodl is closed.
