Lana's village bakery is now called SCHMIEDL and is run by Johannes, Tobias and Greta. The young generation builds on over 100 years of experience and brings a fresh look and many new ideas to the bakery. SCHMIEDL relies on high-quality, natural ingredients, traditional craftsmanship and long dough processes. "Our most important ingredient is time," says master baker Johannes, "it makes our baked goods easy to digest and gives them their unique taste." Around 200 recipes are used in the SCHMIEDL bakery. A good portion of these are the carefully mixed pre-doughs, which together with the natural yeasts in the form of Lievito Madre and sourdough make the baked goods juicier, longer lasting and even tastier.

As a fourth-generation family company, Schuhhaus Knoll is dedicated to quality. Fine materials combined with high quality, Italian design finished in selected factories by master craftsmen. The farm shop Stettnerhof is located in Völlan/Lana. In addition to seasonal products such as fresh apples and grapes, homemade specialties are offered all year round, including herb salt, wine, vinegar, and apple chips – all, of course, produced directly at Stettnerhof.

At an altitude of 1,353 m on the sunny plateau of Avelengo in South Tyrol lies the Hieslerhof. Here, the Eschgfäller family passionately dedicates itself to beekeeping. The welfare of the bee colonies and the careful selection of natural locations ensure a pure and authentic mountain honey, typical of South Tyrol.

Our honey reflects the aromas and flavors of the alpine landscape and is ideal as a spread or a special souvenir. Visit us and experience the fascinating world of beekeeping in South Tyrol up close.

As Ötzi Bike Academy’s business partner Bike Academy and the Ötzi Bike Shop work closely together to offer bikers in Naturno and the surrounding area an even better range of products. The official test centre of the FOCUS, KALKHOFF; MONDRAKER and BERGAMONT brands, offers guests the opportunity to hire top bikes and test them on their own or on one of our numerous guided tours.

Vettererhof is located in Lana. Today, various apple varieties grow in the orchards of the farm. For the past 10 years, old apple varieties and stone fruit have also been cultivated on a dedicated field following the principles of permaculture. Recently, the old wine cellar was reactivated, and every year, the Piwi grape variety Souvignier Gris, grown in the house vineyard, is stored there.

In the farm shop, you can purchase the farm’s own wines.

E-bikes, MTB bikes, road bikes and kids cycles. We sell accessories and deliver/collect bikes to/from your hotel. We also offer cycle maintenance and repair services.

Sundays we are closed (but we take bookings).

Guided farm tours

Visit our orchards and vineyards, followed by a tasting of our farm products and a small snack in our wine cellar. Appointments upon request! Participation fee € 15,00 per person (at least 5 participants).
