A Fascination for Bees
When people hear the word 'Bee' they think of honey, or perhaps they recall the pain of a sting.
My life as a beekeeper began when I was a child. Over the years I experienced the discomfort of a bee’s sting many times, yet I still retain a passion for these beautiful animals.
Our family operates around eighty beehives and the quality of our honey is most important. We only harvest from honeycomb that is sealed by the bees for storage, so that the honey retains all the vital elements. Our honey is unblended and pure, and is certified with the ‘Extracted Honey’ quality label. Our honeycombs are free from larvae and residues, giving this premium quality honey a delicious unique flavour.

The Cantina Produttori Valle Isarco hosts a small, elegant wine museum that presents an interesting historical journey tracing the development of wine making in the Valle Isarco.
Because of the special characteristics of the area and other favourable factors, the local wine making tradition dates back to prehistoric times. The exhibit offers the visitor a quick overview of the development of wine production, with an accent on tradition and quality. Worth a special look are the real medieval tools used for wine making, lots of deeds and documents, wine bottles and art works that date back to different time periods but all have to do with wine. Guided tours can be booked.
Since 1989, the health food shop Euvita also belongs to the Pharmacy Peer in Brixen. The idea behind setting up this shop was to help our customers and patients not only in the case of illness with medicine. The farm Lindenwirt exists since 1858 and has changed ownership several times. 1956 Franz Reifer bought the farm from the Italian State. Franz managed the farm and also a inn with his wife Marianne. The family kept a few of cows and chickens. 2001 Franz handed over the farm to his son Philipp. Previously a dairy farm, he decided to convert the farm to growing berries.
We also opened our farm shop, where we sell our fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables and South Tyrolean specialities. At Lindenwirt we grow strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and some cherries.
