We are deeply attached to our Ladin traditions and we would like to give them as much value as we can. That is why we want to introduce you to our traditional music. And where better than in a mountain hut? The Dolomite peaks will be the setting for a concert by the Arton Duo with Mattia Demetz on accordion and his father Giovanni on guitar. Amid blooming alpine pastures and age-old mountain huts, alpine cheese is born — a product of slowness, ancestral knowledge, and life at mid-altitude. At Ütia I Tablá, these authentic flavors take center stage in a day dedicated to the mountains, their rhythms, and their culture. From 11:00 AM, local cheesemakers open their world to guests, offering the chance to taste the cheese where it is made, in a direct exchange between those who craft and those who savor. Starting at 1:30 PM, live music fills the crisp mountain air, blending with the landscape in melodies that speak of land, tradition, and freedom.

Join chef Davide for a hands-on cooking class in a cosy valley restaurant surrounded by nature. At the Sompunt farm, you’ll learn how to make the most of every local ingredient – even the parts that are often thrown away – and turn them into delicious, creative dishes. A course that blends authentic flavour, imagination, and environmental awareness, showing how much value lies in every part of food. Because in the kitchen – just like in life – nothing should be wasted.

Led by Igi, we follow a quiet trail winding through woods and meadows, crossing the Armentara meadows, until we reach the pilgrimage church of Santa Croce. A place rich in spirituality and memory, where tradition, nature, and peace meet at the foot of the Dolomites.

The Dolomites Medium Delicious Trail is a foot race along the paths of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, about 35 km with 1,900 metres of positive difference in altitude, starting from the centre of La Villa in front of the tourist office. Maximum time: 9 hours. From the centre of La Villa, the route follows for a stretch the Path of the Artists and leads to San Cassiano. There begins the ascent along the Altin ski run to the iconic Gran Risa and Piz La Villa, crosses the Armentarola area and the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park. From there, the path takes the runners up to Mt. Lagazuoi at an altitude of 2,778 m, followed by the descent to the finish line at Pocol, for a total of around 35 km and 1.900 metres of elevation gain: pure pleasure! There are wonderful refreshment points along the Alta Badia route, which have been set up by Team Delicious, where you can take a break and enjoy quality products and local specialities. Thousands of runners, from more than twenty countries around the world, have participated in the event in recent years on the trails that witnessed the historical events of the First World War. An alpine adventure for those unafraid of heights: the Vallon via ferrata winds steeply and spectacularly through the rocky landscape. Accompanied by expert mountain guides, the hike becomes a safe and unforgettable experience. After about two hours of hiking, the day ends with dinner at the mountain hut and a breathtaking sunset. The required equipment, such as harness and helmet, is included in the price.

Together with expert mycologist Andrea, we’ll explore the fascinating world of forest mushrooms: how they live, their role in nature, and why they’re so important for the environment. At the end of the hike, tasting the collected mushroom varieties at the Bioch hut.

In autumn, the forest turns into a silent and fragrant paradise – with mushrooms taking center stage. At the Ütia Bioch hut, an event dedicated to the world of mushrooms will take place. Featuring an expert mycologist and live musical accompaniment.

Celebrate our religious traditions together with us. Today the procession in honour of the Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael will lead to the Sanctuary La Crusc/Santa Croce. As the larches turn golden yellow, the forest becomes a place of strength and stillness. Amidst this play of colors, gentle yoga exercises invite you to pause, breathe deeply, and let go. Nature and mindfulness in harmony – a moment to reconnect with yourself, gently guided by Alexandra, a yoga instructor. The session lasts about one hour.

A hike along exposed trails with breathtaking views of the Dolomites – between the Puez-Odle Nature Park and the Gardenaccia Plateau. Accompanied by a geologist, we’ll uncover the secrets of mountain formation and the traces of time etched in the rocks. Crisp autumn air and golden light add depth and beauty to every step.
