The summer in Natz-Schabs becomes musical! Every Wednesday, concerts by numerous South Tyrolean music bands take place on the high plateau. Traditional and also modern sounds fill the room. The perfect occasion to end the evening in a cosy atmosphere.

From June 5 to 8, 2025, Merano will transform into a stage for fascinating artists from all over the world. The International Street Artists Festival will bring magic, music, acrobatics, and plenty of entertainment to the city, creating a unique open-air experience. The grand opening will take place on June 5 in Schenna, where visitors can already enjoy the first impressive performances. On June 6, 2025, Melissa Naschenweng and her band will turn the Caste Hill in Bruneck into a vibrant concert arena. From 8.30 pm, the exceptional artist will shake the stage with her unique mix of rock, folk music, and schlager. Entry: 7.00 pm. The Tiers volunteer fire department invites everyone to the “Tierscher Grisufestl” at the civil defense center in Tiers. Food and drink are well provided for! A highlight of the evening is the charcoal-grilled chicken, which is a real treat for the taste buds. Younger visitors can enjoy themselves on the bouncy castle.

Traditionally, the tent festival takes place in Oris on Whitsun weekend.

The Lenkhof farm in Hafling is celebrating the 5th anniversary of its farm shop and cheese dairy. Visitors can expect a variety of catering with hot dishes, coffee and cake from the female farmers from Vöran. Guided tours of the cheese dairy take place every hour between 10am and 5pm. A children's programme is also on offer.

50 Years of Schuhplattler Tramin – A Celebration Full of Tradition and Joy For half a century, the Schuhplattler of Tramin have passionately and devotedly preserved the tradition of Schuhplatteln. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the group, we invite you to a special event on Sunday, June 8, 2025. The festivities will begin at 10:00 AM at the covered festplatz in Tramin. Enjoy a diverse program with musical accompaniment and impressive performances by Schuhplattler groups from all over South Tyrol. The Tramin Schuhplattler group was re-founded in 1975 and has since been dedicated to preserving and passing down this unique tradition. Today, the group has 48 active members, including 35 plattlers, 3 accordion players, and 10 young plattlers of school age. New young members are regularly welcomed to keep the tradition of Schuhplatteln alive and pass it on to the next generation. Whether you are young or old, local or a guest, the anniversary celebration has something for everyone. In addition to traditional dance performances, there will be plenty of opportunities to gather in a convivial atmosphere and experience the living tradition up close. In the beginning of June, one of the most varied and innovative street art festivals in Italy will be visiting Meran – and Dorf Tirol. For many years, Asfaltart has been a fixed point in the summer events calendar, looked forward to by locals and visitors alike. So, don’t miss out when tightrope walkers, acrobats, musicians and more show off their impressive skills in a variety of locations around the village. In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the clubhouse.

There won't be a dry eye in the house - the "Vollmond" - Band's show promises top musical enjoyment combined with an attack on the laugh muscles. Also taking part is the show entertainer Sax Martl - known for his appearances at the Munich Oktoberfest. There are always guest appearances by local musicians and groups.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. The Alta Pusteria InternationalChoirFestival is a non-competitive event held in the Puster Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in the entire Alpine region. Nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, it stretches along the border between Italy (South Tyrol) and Austria (East Tyrol). The festival program includes around sixty performances, featuring concerts, open-air revues, and meeting days, where each participating choir is free to present its own repertoire. Founded in 1998, the festival stands out for its diverse venues and the rich variety of choral repertoires, making it not only one of the most spectacular international choral music events but also a meeting place for different musical cultures.

CHORAL SINGING AND THE DOLOMITES UNITED IN A UNIQUE, GREAT FESTIVAL The Alta Pusteria International Choral Festival is a non competitive choral event that takes place in Val Pusteria: this valley, one among the most beautiful one of the whole Alpine arc, is located at the border between Italy (Sudtirol region) and Austria (Osttirol region) at the foot of the Dolomites. The Festival programme includes about sixty performances divided into real concerts, “Open Air Reviews” and Meeting-Days, in which each participating choir can freely perform their repertoire. The first edition of the Festival took place in 1998; since then more than 1300 choirs, coming from 49 countries, have been participating in the twenty-five editions set up till 2022. The variety of the locations selected for the performances together with the extremely rich repertoire presented by the participating choirs make this event not only one of the most spectacular international choral festivals but also a unique opportunity of mutual and fruitful exchange between different musical cultures.

The Language Café is a way to practise speaking a foreign language in company and in an informal environment. At the Don Bosco Library in Laives you will find a moderator for each table, i.e. for each language. Depending on the language you want to practise in, choose your table, sit down and... start chatting! You will talk to the moderator or moderator and the other people like you sitting at that table. If you get tired, you can safely leave or change tables. In general, it is recommended that you have a basic knowledge of your chosen language in order to be able to follow the conversation and participate actively.
