Good whisky takes time. The whisky is aged in underground bunkers from the Second World War. We are aiming for three variant qualities, because the maturation takes place in bourbon barrels from the U.S., Marsala barrels from Sicily and wine barrels from Alto Adige. Whisky fans around the world can look forward to tasting the PUNI fine single malts starting in 2015. They do not seek to be a copy of the Scottish original, but rather, wish to include the terroir of the Vinschgau Valley and Italy.

The village store in Laatsch/ Laudes offers everything what you search for the everyday use. From the matured South Tyrolean bacon, local “Kaminwurzen”, alp cheese from the surroundings up to a good bottle of wine, you’ll find exactly what you would like to bring for your darlings at home.

Since 3 generations we produce South Tyrolean specialties with the highest quality: Speck (bacon), different salamis, “Kaminwurzen“ (smoked sausage), local smoked meat of the beef as well as fresh meat specialties of the pig, cattle, lamb, poultry and meat from wild-living animals. We offer ready grilled meats, fresh salads, cheese and “Knödel” (dumplings) with cheese, Speck (bacon) or liver. Everything prepared freshly in our house! An in addition: the finest finger food of Vinschgau Valley. Freshly and regionally products - this is our “secret recipe”.
