The Weltladen Schlern is located near the centre of Castelrotto and is run by volunteers from the surrounding area. It is the youngest among the 16 Fair Trade Shops in South Tyrol and opened its doors in November 2019. 

The concept of the shop is to support disadvantaged producers in the Global South through fair working conditions, wages and social projects instead of exploiting them in the current economic system. Imported food, cosmetics and handicrafts that can be bought in the shop are all Fair Trade certified. Selected South Tyrolean products offered in the shop promote small regional cycles and strengthen small-scale farmers.

Danilia Messner Boutique in Kastelruth is a small store for women's fashion. It offers a wide range of elegant and stylish clothing and accessories, including blouses, sweaters, trousers, jeans, jackets, cardigans, shoes, bags, jewelry and more. The boutique provides a unique atmosphere where one can feel comfortable and experiment with many different styles. The boutique has a friendly and helpful staff that assists in choosing the right clothing.

The ‚Pflegerhof’ farm is South Tyrol's first and most all-round herbal farm. It is an organically working farm led by the Mulser family.
