Christanell butchery - tradition that tastes good!

Bacon production for over 120 years, in the fourth generation: the finest meat and sausage products have been produced in the butcher's shop since 1903. A special principle: the whole family has always been passionately involved in the business. The Christanell butcher's shop is located in the heart of Naturno. The company can look back with pride on 120 years of history: founded in 1903 by great-grandfather Mathias, the business is now run by Stephan Christanell, his family and his siblings. Old craft traditions are lived here and are responsible for the remarkable quality and large selection. The South Tyrolean Speck PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), which guarantees a particularly high level of quality, is a matter close to the heart: The bacon is matured for longer and has a more intense flavour.

Special features: 2 x silver at the South Tyrolean Speck PGI comparison tasting in Bolzano in 2015 and 2018.

In the centre of St. Pauls, in a listed enclosed courtyard, I, Philipp Fracchetti, opened my first butcher's shop in 2018 in the third generation. Hence our slogan "Quality to bite into since 1948". My small, young & dynamic team exudes passion around the topic of food. Through competence & friendliness we want to bring our innovative products to the customer. Through continuous culinary travels across the borders, we collect new inputs in the area of product & preparation which we would like to pass on to our prospective customers. In addition, a correct price/performance ratio is very important to us; there should be something for everyone in our programme.....no matter how big or small the wallet is.

The wine store in Naturno expects all wine lovers with South Tyrolean and Italian wines. Situated in the center of the town, you can enjoy "la dolce vita" and a glass of good wine. Distillery with prize-winning products

Since 50 years the distillery Fischerhof produces high quality grappas from its own grape pomace and from various fruits first-rate distillates and liqeurs. At the moment there are about 40 different types of products available for tasting ans sale.

We are a small family company based in Resia. Since its opening in 1974, we have been working in the tradition of a typical village chef.
