The co-operative has been founded in the year 2000 by 9 beekeepers and apiarists from the Val Badia.

The aim was to co-operate in order to sell efficiently apicultural products.

In our shop you find exclusively only the finest pure cashmere and silk cashmere knitwear.

The dairy and the little shop are in business since 2005. 

Milk produced twice a day by our cows is the basis of our cheeses. From the row milk and with a considerable expenditure of energy and of manual work we prepare genuine South Tyrolean specialties too. As the typical grey cheese „Graukäse“, which is used to prepare some typical Tyrolean dishes, e.g. cheese dumplings, or which also tastes very well with onion and olive oil.

Currently we offer 5 types of cheese, each one of unique and unmistakable taste. The cheeses are ripened for periods ranging from about 3 weeks to 5 months, before they can be sold.

In our dairy in addition to the cheeses you can find ricotta and butter too, as well as fruit or natural yoghurt.

The ski rental has a large selection of skiis and skiboots by Salomon, Völkl, Nordica, Fischer, Elan, Lange, Trab, Dynafit, Hagan, Scarpa, Garmont, and equipment for wintersports activities.

La Spezialité was founded in 2020 from our idea. We are Patrick and Sylvia, husband and wife. Combining our food knowledge, we personally and sustainably seek out authentic and genuine products offered by the farms and small producers of South Tyrol. La Spezialité offers a complete food proposal, with a wine selection, homemade desserts, and a section for artisanal cosmetics.

One of our goals is to introduce our customers to the taste and tradition of our valleys.

Our pastry chef offers apart from typical sweets a vast range of exclusively homemade creations, also to take away.

Sport Alfredo is your shop for sports clothing and equipment in Corvara. Here you can find everything you need to experience the mountains. During the winter season the shop is open daily from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 7 pm, ski hire from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, and at weekends the ski hire shop is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm.

Bakery Ploner is not only a bakery but also a patisserie and grocery with wines & grappas.

In our shop near the Piz Boè cable car you find speck bacon and cold cuts from our own production. During the winter season and the summer season we are open every day.

Skiland is located in a very convenient place for skiing, just in front of the ski slopes of Santa Croce and in the same building as the Ski- & Snowboard School Badia and of the ski pass office.
