The inn Paulser Hof is situated in the heart of the historic vine village San Paolo. All year locals and guests are spoiled with Tyrolean specialties.

The restaurant and tennis bar Sparer is located in the picturesque village of Montiggl in the south of South Tyrol. As sport is known to make you hungry, we entertain our guests with a colourful mixture of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine paired with Italian flair.

We offer our guests rooms with every possible comfort, outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing lawn and holiday apartments. Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet or our wines which are of our own production while sitting on the sun-terrace in front of a truly magnificent view. Klaus Lentsch, scion of an old-established South Tyrolean winemaking family, decided to take a new path in 2008 and has been producing typical wines for the region ever since. Bachgart, Fuchslahn and Eichberg are the historical vineyards he can call his own. Discover the variety of tastes of the cru wines from the Eisack valley, the fresh white wines from the Überetsch and the strong reds from the porphyry slopes in the lowlands. Thanks to the most modern cellar technology, the mechanical processing can be carried out as gently as possible. Gentle pressing of the grapes and the subsequent gentle fermentation process transform the grapes from must into young wine. With muse and above all time during the ripening in the cellar, the harmonious wines of Klaus Lentsch are created in inox and wooden barrels.

We have space for everyone. Children, smokers, health-conscious and nature lovers. We have a large children's playground and a covered terrace. Or do you prefer a non smoking room in the evening? Our rooms afford generous views across the sea of vineyards that make up the Überetsch valley and as stretch far as the provincial capital of Bozen-Bolzano. To the west the Mendel-Mendola mountain, with its densely forested ridge, may be seen rising up, inviting hikers to scale the heights and enjoy the views for miles around. Eppan-Appiano is a lively village on the South Tyrol Wine Road, where posh boutiques may be found alongside corner shops, elegant vinotheques next to the village cafè, and prestigious restaurants beside traditional pizzerias. Eppanerhof is a combination of the latter: the good reputation of the pizzas served in its restaurant extends beyond the local surrounding Überetsch area.
