You'll find the same at our culinary events, where we celebrate our local produce, and at selected restaurants that prepare seasonal and regional ingredients beautifully.

As a result, the over 30 inns and their association, the ‘Südtiroler Gasthaus initiative’, stand and vouch for a cultivated inn culture, which is characterised by traditional and contemporary South Tyrolean dishes and high-quality products from the farm, including a small but excellent selection of South Tyrolean wines.
