The old-established hotel and restaurant has an ancient tradition as a family run inn situated in the center of the village in a very quiet and sunny position. It has been recently renovated to match all the requirements of today's tourism. You will feel at ease in our hotel! Tyrolese "Stube", excellent cuisine, private underground car park, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness-room. Summer: uncoutable possibilities to walk along green woods or to make exciting excursions in the Dolomites. Winter: Deutschnofen offers interesting winter sport activities: skating-track, toboggan runs, chair lift for beginners. Enjoy yourself on 50 km of perfectly prepared pists in the wonderful Skicenter Latemar-Obereggen (only 10 km from our Hotel). It is easily accessible by car or by a special skibus. We look forward to see you in our homely Hotel, a unique synthesis of individual hospitality and stylish traditional ambience!

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Eggental, every view looks like a picture from a book. The Karersee lake changes colour with the light: according to legend, it sprung from a rainbow thrown into the water by a magician in love. The Rosengarten and Latemar mountains frame paths and lodges. Families and walkers will find a world to explore in the Latemarium, where you can immerse yourself in nature and curiosity. When the sun goes down, the peaks turn pink: enjoy the Alpenglow as night falls in the Dolomites. And then come the stars, which are best observed from South Tyrol's only planetarium. In winter, Obereggen and Karersee/Carezza offer slopes, sledging and views to remember.
