Chef Karl Baumgartner cooks, depending on the seasonal market supply, creative regional dishes but also an italian-mediterranean cuisine. The service of Siegfried and Mary is professional and yet familiar. The experienced team places great emphasis on a personal and warm relationship with the guests, a devise by which the Baumgartner family works for over 25 years. Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

Only regional products with a focus on organic growth are used for the preparation of our dishes. Many vegetables and salads and all herbs come from our Langge farm.

The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. Are you a self catering tourist? Do you prefer a bed and breakfast accomodation? Or is the classical full board your favorite option? No matter what style, the Hotel Traube can fulfill any holiday dream. In the morning, we provide a breakfast buffet. At lunch and at dinner, you may choose between various menus featuring Tyrolean delicacies as well as traditional Italian and international dishes. In addition, we offer colourful variety of salads, appetizers, finger foods and aperitives as well as fantastic chicken wings and other delicious selections to indulge your desires. The Restaurant & Steakhouse can be found on the second floor of Hardimitz‘n. Its interior design is truly magnificent and will surely take your breath away while you enjoy your meal.
