The holiday house Ciasa Frenademetz is located in the heart of the Dolomites, in a quiet and sunny position and yet only 150 m away from the centre of S. Leonardo. The picturesque mountain village is part of the municipality of Abtei/Badia and offers shopping possibilities and restaurants. Thanks to its extraordinary position, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiers and hikers. The 70 m² apartment accommodates 4-8 persons and is therefore the perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends. The apartment has been recently renovated and disposes of a double room, two triple rooms, a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, 2 balconies, TV, WLAN, as well as a bathroom with WC, 2 washbasins and 2 showers. Moreover, you may benefit of a ski and bike deposit with ski shoe dryer in the neighbouring house. In the environs of the apartment Frenademetz, you find the unique natural landscape of the Dolomites being part of the UNESCO World Heritage. In winter, the region transforms itself into a paradise for lovers of winter sports. The slopes of the skiing area Alta Badia, from where you may reach famous ski tours such as the Sellaronda or the First World World War skit tour, extend themselves directly in front of the apartment. In this way, you can enjoy more than 500 km of well-prepared slopes. Furthermore, you may reach the renowned skiing area of Mt. Kronplatz with a free Skibus. In summer, hikers, mountain bikers, nature and via ferrata lovers find everything they desire.
