Beside the graceful furniture, it boasts homemade beddings, pillows and soaps, obtained directly from local alpaca wool, grown by the owners. The flat is located on ground floor and is made of two bedrooms, of which one is a double room and one a bedroom with a bunk bed, two modern bathrooms, a traditional living room with double sofa bed and a separate, well-equipped kitchen. Of the two bathrooms, one is equipped with shower, toilet and basin, the other one with bathtub and integrated shower, toilet, basin and washing machine. Particularly worth to be seen is the lovely terrace, also ground floor, which measures nearly 30 m² and is equipped with table to dine outside and with lays to enjoy the sun of the Alps, while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Dolomites. The Separate kitchen is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are available for free.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 6- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines.
