The starting point is Flading in the Ratschingstal valley. Our route takes us up to the Gleckalm (not cultivated) via trail no. 30. The route alternates between flatter and steeper sections, which makes the hike particularly varied. The landscape presents itself in all its diversity and beauty. Once we have reached the Gleckalm plateau, we continue on our way to the Glecksee lake. The way back is mostly along the same path, but there is the option of organizing an alternative downhill version via the Klammalm. Total distance: 10.6 km (5.5 km to Glecksee) Total duration: 6.5 hours Difference in altitude: 950 m Difficulty: difficult - sure-footedness is required, a good level of fitness is essential and prior training is recommended. The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. The tour is fun for adults and children from 6 years (only with driving experience). On request, a child seat for children up to 20 kg or a bicycle trailer for max. 2 children up to 5 years can be reserved. The e-bike tour is accompanied by a trained South Tyrolean bike guide.

The Jaufental is an extraordinary valley of nature's tranquillity, and it is precisely here that we seduce you and your family and show you wonderful natural places. A guided botanical walk along the Solda panorama path: Starting in the village centre, we walk past the parish church of St. Gertraud to panorama trail no. 7, which we follow into the valley past meadows, pastures, woods and small streams to the valley station of the Solda cable car. There we switch to the opposite side of the valley, with its sunny and dry slopes. We now return to our starting point with a splendid view of the north face of the Ortler mountain along panorama trail no. 6. Along the way, we will be able to admire numerous species of flowers, including the species Pedicularis recutita, Alpine clematis, Globeflower, Twinflower , Lesser twayblade, Greek valerian, Orange hawkweed, Bearded bellflower and many others. From the Provincial Mining Museum in Maiern/Ridnaun, trail no. 9 takes us on a relaxed, leisurely hike to the entrance of the wild Burkhardklamm gorge. At the waterfall, we breathe in the finely atomized aerosol of the Fernerbach stream, and the invigorating effect of these healing drops is immediately noticeable. You will experience the health-promoting effect that our scientific study at the Paracelsus Salzburg Private University has shown. We find peace and relaxation by becoming aware of nature with all our senses. With Kneipp treatments, we also let the calming power of the forest work its magic on us on the way back.

We start in Maiern in front of the Rent and Go bike rental in the direction of Bergl, go past the birthplace of the Ridnaun giantess and on to the Martalm. From there we cycle along the forest road to the Gewingesalm. After a little refreshment continue to cycle to Entholz and along the Erzweg back to the starting point. Sacred Heart Sunday in Prato allo Stelvio On the third Sunday after Pentecost every year, fires of the Sacred Heart are lit on the high peaks throughout South Tyrol and in particularly spectacular fashion around Prato allo Stelvio/Prad am Stilfserjoch. The fires, which are visible at great distances, involve groups of young people and adults, who take considerable trouble to re-enact this centuries-old custom each year, attracting numerous tourists and curious onlookers. The tradition of the mountain fires actually dates back to pre-Christian times but in 1796, by the time Napoleon's army had reached the Alps, the light of the fires was turned into the Sacred Heart alliance. When faced with the threat of war, the Tyrolean parliament decided to entrust the country to the care of the most holy heart of Jesus in the quest for Divine redemption.

Through contrasts and fusions of unusual concert venues and new sound worlds, organisers and artists seek the unknown, the unheard, the unexpected. Musical theater piece with historical facts from the exciting history of the Allerengelberg monastery on the village square in Karthaus/Certosa.
