From Niederrasen, we first cycle along the cycle path out of the valley to the historic bridge. From there, we continue to Neunhäusern,, where we turn off onto the Pustertal cycle path. We then follow it until we reach Bruneck. After leaving the town behind us, we first reach St. Lorenzen. Here you will find the Mansio Sebatum Archaeological Museum, which is dedicated entirely to the Iron Age and especially the Roman period in the region. As the route continues, we pass the villages of Ehrenburg, Kiens, St. Sigmund and Vintl, each of which is always worth a detour in its own right, until we reach our destination in Mühlbach. For your return journey, you also have the possibility to take the train with bike transport back to Olang.
This medium difficulty bike tour delights everyone, as it runs mostly on paved roads with flat passages and one very steep descent. The fantastic view of the neighbouring Dolomite mountains such as Rosengarten/Catinaccio, Schlern/Sciliar and Latemar is always fascinating.

Take the forest road at the small church to descend towards Aschbach/Rio Lagundo and continue along the asphalt road down to Töll/Tel and back to Algund/Lagundo.
A very varied cycling trip through the wonderful scenery of the Pustertal valley.
Characteristics: The bike tour takes you sometimes on asphalt tracks and sometimes on well-maintained gravel tracks across meadows and through woods on the left of the main Pustertal valley road to Brunico/Bruneck. You start at 1,175 m in San Candido/Innichen and end up at 800 m in Brunico. The difference in altitude of only 400 m is deceptive; there are some sections that are really tiring. However, most of the route is flat, and from Valdaora/Olang it is almost all downhill. Conveniently, you can put your bike on the train to return. For less experienced cyclists or for families with children, there is the option of travelling back by train from any of the villages on the way.
Starting points: San Candido/Innichen (35 km), Dobbiaco/Toblach (30 km), Villabassa/Niederdorf (27,5 km)
This tour is also suitable for e-bikes.
