The tour starts at the sports field in Pfalzen and follows MTB Route 440 up to the charming Plattner Alm. From the starting point, you’ll begin on a paved road that gently winds through the green valley. Soon, you’ll reach a shaded forest area, where the fresh air makes for an enjoyable ride. The path passes by small clearings and offers views of the surrounding mountains. After a moderate climb, you’ll reach the first resting spot, ideal for a short break. Continuing uphill, the trail leads you past alpine meadows and picturesque alpine huts. In the final stretch, the path becomes a bit more challenging, and the effort is rewarded with even better viewpoints. At the top, the Plattner Alm awaits you with breathtaking panoramic views and a welcoming alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy local specialties. The return follows the same route, giving you another chance to appreciate the diverse landscape from a new perspective.

This tour can be started and finished in all villages of the holiday region 3 Zinnen Dolomites. This description starts in Sexten. The tour starts at the Bike Academy Infopoint directly at the Helmbahn valley station. Follow the cycle path along the Sextner Bach stream to Innichen. Cycle through the village, the ascent up to the Innichberg starts on the opposite side of the valley. From there it's on to the Lachwiesen hut and down to the Silvesterplatz. The view of the Dolomites invites you to take a break on the sunny side of Toblach. Later the Silvester Valley leads towards the valley, past the Enzianhütte hut and on to Frondeigen. The Eggerberg mountain connects Toblach and Niederdorf. Continue, then, with little effort, along the asphalt road to Niederdorf and on the cycle path to Innichen and back to Sexten.

Who does not have a bicycle can rent a good bike in one of the various rental stations in Campo Tures/Sand in Taufers.

From San Vigilio, you first cycle along the Strada al Plan Dessora and the Strada Ches Costes as well as past the water reservoir to Torpei. There, turn right and follow the forest path to Chi Vai. The route then continues to the hamlet of Val dla Tor, before reaching the group of houses in Costa bypassing the wooded hill to the right. In wide hairpin bends and with breathtaking views, the route then descends through the meadows to Ras and finally back to San Vigilio.

You’ll be surrounded by the unspoiled beauty of dense forests and pass rustic alpine meadows like Lercher Alm and Heidacher Alm, where the landscape opens up in all its splendor. Here, amidst nature, you can take a well-deserved break, refresh yourself, and, if necessary, recharge your e-bike battery for the final ascent. Upon arrival, a breathtaking panorama awaits, making every breath and pedal stroke worth it. The return is along the same route, offering you another chance to admire the valley’s beauty from a new perspective. This tour through Wielen Valley offers a perfect mix of natural beauty and physical challenge.

This tour to the Bodenalm is perfect for nature lovers and those looking to explore the Pfunders Valley by mountain bike. The route takes you through picturesque mountain landscapes, offering a balanced mix of challenge and relaxation.

We start this easy and family-friendly tour in Niederolang and cycle along the paved road towards Mühlbach. Shortly after the Mittermühlbacherhof farm, we turn onto the main road and immediately after that cross a small bridge to our right, reaching a forest path. We follow this path for a short distance and then turn right again onto the Panorama Route. It offers beautiful views of Olang and from there we continue cycling through green meadows and fields until we reach our destination in Oberolang.

Naturno – Plaus – Rablà – Tel – Lagundo – Merano

The movement in the outdoors is not only healthy, it also causes mental miracles: On foot or by bike - fresh air promotes circulation, relax and brings good mood. The view of the Asparagus fields in Terlan and the blossoming orchards promotes this feeling of happiness.

This easy tour starts at the parish church in St Vigil and leads along the main road towards Zwischenwasser until Plan dal Ega. There you turn right and cycle on a slightly ascending, paved side road through woods and meadows to Plaiken, where there is a small, beautiful church with an onion dome at the exit. From there, continue to Enneberg Pfarre, which also boasts an old pilgrimage church and offers a marvellous view of the valley below. The last stage of this circular tour takes you back down towards St. Vigil, past the now green ski slopes of the Kronplatz ski resort. There are also numerous huts and restaurants to stop for refreshments on this stage, such as the Granciasa, Alla Rosa-Sotrú, La Bronta restaurants.

This tour takes us through the vineyards and orchards of Kurtatsch to Margreid. This small village is home to the oldest vine in Europe, dating back to 1601. We continue via Kurtinig to Salurn, where we can visit the Haderburg castle after a short walk. We return via Laag on the cycle path along the Adige to Ora. From there we cycle past Lake Kaltern to Tramin and via Rungg back to Kurtatsch.

Tour 025

A wonderful mountainbiking tour that is not too difficult. The Innerfeldtal valley is impressive for the views of the mighty peaks of the Sexten Dolomites which come ever closer as you cycle along.

This tour is also suitable for e-bikes.

The tour starts at the Bike Academy Infopoint and leads uphill to the Mitterberg Fortress. After a short, rather crisp climb, the route then goes in the direction of the alpine pastures on a relatively flat terrain. After about 20 minutes you reach the so-called "Saumahd" (1,750m), where you turn left to the Klammbach Alp. A wide forest path connects the Klammbach Alp with the Nemes Alp, which is the next destination of the tour. As a small highlight, however, you can also choose hiking trail no. 13. This trail is a little more demanding in parts, with a short carrying passage of approx. 100m. Before reaching the Nemes Alp, take trail no. 146 to the Coltrondo Alp. From there the 149 leads in the direction of the Kreuzbergpass. This initially runs along a demanding trail (S2), which can, however, be bypassed via the so-called "Krötensee". Then you take the forest road to the Nemes Alp/ Coltrondo Alp junction, where hiking trail no. 130 leads in the direction of "Schwarzsee". From there it's an exciting, partly challenging trail, called “Wurzelweg”, which leads you back to the valley station of the Drei Zinnen cable car.

The cycle route of about 30 km leads over long stretches between villages and apple orchards of the Adige Valley. A sea of flowers meets the cyclists in the first half of April. The tour starts in Andrian and touches the villages of Nalles and Lana along the Via Claudia Augusta. Here it crosses the Adige River to join the Adige Cycle Path and return to Andrian.

Tour 024

This mountain bike tour can be started from Dobbiaoc/Toblach, San Candido/Innichen, Versciaco/Vierschach and Prato alla Drava/Winnebach.

This tour starts from Sexten Sesto to the church in Sexten and up direction Mitterberg. From there we follow the path on the left passing the hut "Jägerhütte" to the Monte Elmo.  From ther back passing the hut "Lärchenhütte" to Sexten/Sesto. The tour can be easily extended.

The tour begins in the Pfalzen sports area. You’ll start on a paved road that gently climbs through the village of Pfalzen. After the first few kilometers, the surroundings grow denser, and the forest provides a pleasant coolness.

After a light ascent, you’ll reach the first fork in the road. Here, follow the marked path and the sign for MTB Route 442. The path now becomes a bit steeper and will test your endurance. The trail winds through nature, passing scattered trees and shrubs, occasionally opening up to views of the surrounding valley and the Dolomites.

After one final climb, you’ll reach your destination, the Kofler am Kofel Inn. Here, you can enjoy a well-deserved break with regional cuisine and scenic views before returning along the same route.

Tour 022

Starting in San Candido/Innichen you cycle along the Pustertal Valley Cycle Trail to Dobbiaco/Toblach. After crossing the village Dobbiaco you follow the direction of "Costa dei Nosellari/Haselsberg" (on an asphalt road), passing several mountain farms. Past Feichterhof Guesthouse and the Hotel Schopfenhof (refreshment). You follow the Via Monte San Candido/Innichbergstraße way till you reach the Maso Stauder/Stauderhof (refreshment). You cycle on on the Via Monte Versciaco/Vierschachberg way to get to the Restaurant da Kathi/Jaufen (refreshment). Here you follow the way downhill to Prato alla Drava/Winnebach and you return on the Drava Cycle Path to San Candido/Innichen.

Along the round there exits the possibility to interrupt the tour and to ride back to San Candido.

This tour is also suitable for e-bikes.

A relaxing cycling path for nature lovers
Length: about 20 km; difference in altitude: about 370 m.

This slightly ascending and largely natural bike path leads from the center of Meran/Merano (the Sissi Statue in Elisabeth Park - Summer Promenade) along the Passer River, and ends in St. Leonhard/San Leonardo. This path does not lead directly through the villages that lie along its route, but cyclists can take a detour into anyone of them.

Please note that the bus line 240 from Meran to St. Leonhard is not equipped for bicycle transport.

From Tramin to Neumarkt. After the Etsch bridge you have to turn left in the Etsch cycle path and to follow until Bozen. In Bozen you pass Castel Firmiano with the Messner Mountain Museum, then in direction to Appiano and at the return over Caldaro back to Tramin.

The starting point of this tour is the parish church in San Vigilio and after a short climb you turn right and cover the first few kilometres on the paved road San Vigilio - Pederü. A special highlight on this stretch is the idyllic Kreidesee lake, which invites you to linger for a while. You then follow the road to Fodara Masaronn, where you have the option of taking the new cycle path or continuing on the paved road until you reach your destination, Pederü. You can stop for refreshments at the Pederü mountain inn there before taking the same route back to San Vigilio.

Variant of the MTThe tour starts at the Gasthof Kofler am Kofel and takes you along a beautiful route to the Pitzinger Oberalm. From the starting point, you’ll follow MTB Route 443, which winds through picturesque landscapes and immerses you in nature’s beauty. Soon, you’ll reach a cool, wooded area, where the sounds of small streams accompany your ride. The path meanders through dense vegetation and passes idyllic alpine meadows. After a moderate climb, you’ll find a welcoming spot to rest and refresh. In the final stretch, the route becomes more challenging as it ascends into higher altitudes. Finally, you’ll arrive at the Pitzinger Oberalm, where a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys awaits – a reward for every effort made. We ride on the Etsch cycle path from Terlan in the direction of Bozen to the Sigmundskron train station. Here we take the main road, cross the Etsch bridge on the right and then drive towards Girlan. After a short ascent, we come back to the bike path, which leads in a moderate incline and with a wonderful view of the Adige Valley to the village of St. Michael / Eppan. Here we always stay on the bike path and continue to the village of Kaltern, where we come to the “New Cellar”. There we have to cycle back a short distance and then come right downhill through the orchards into the Lavason valley. We ride downwards and enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Kaltern. At the crossroad to Kaltern we stay left towards Klughammer. Here the lake is on our right. We continue to Gmund and keep left, past some houses, pass under the motorway, onto a bridge and immediately turn left onto the cycle path towards Bozen. Along the Etsch river it goes to Bozen Süd, where you turn left towards Sigmundskron and Terlan.

This tour starts at the “Segeria/Säge" junction on forest path no. 37 towards Ponticello/Brückele. You follow this over a short section on the paved road to Ponticello/Brückele. There again the forest path no. 37 towards Prato Piazza/ Plätzwiese. When you have arrived on the Prato Piazza/ Plätzwiese high plateau, continue on the wide gravel road to the Rifugio Vallandro/Dürrensteinhütte - hut. After a recommended rest, you take the 7 km long descent on the wide military road towards Carbonin/Schluderbach. From there you follow the cycle path for 13 km to Dobbiaco/Toblach. From Dobbiaco/Toblach, an asphalt bike path leads you to Villabassa/Niederdorf and then to Braies/Prags to the starting point.
