On a small scale, often only for their own family and a few neighbors and friends.Hardly a meal goes by without juice, jam, vegetables, or wine from our gardens and orchards. Recently, we have also often been enjoying microgreens produced by our son Ulrich.We like to share what we have with guests staying with us and with guests from the village and the surrounding area. It has become clear that tasty basic products from regional, rural production are very popular in South Tyrol.
