The court Obermair Ehrenburg in Kiens, The first written mention of Obermair goes back to 1318 and is thus one of the oldest farms in the area. Initially belonged to the court of the Count Goertz, then the estate was frequently sold, inherited and sold again. Since 1860, guests at the inn run Obermair and already in 1900 the Obermairhof of Falkensteiner family has farmed. As you can see our kitchen pot is filled to the brim ... combined, refined dishes with an occasional touch of the exotic. Just the "magic of the diversity of South Tyrol".

Our kitchen team headed by Chef Elmar Wild is renowned for its creative, tasty cuisine which always uses natural and healthy ingredients. In our hotel it is our boss Ewald the one that prepares meals, combining the traditional food connected with the legends of the Salto Plateau with creations of his own. Enjoy an a la carte menu of our traditional Tyrolean cuisine in the comfortable and elegant rooms. In addition we will be happy to recommend a wine from our well-stocked cellar with wines from the region. The shady garden invites you to take a coffee break or take a cold beer or a glass of wine. In our guest rooms we serve all year round (except on Wednesdays) typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as Italian and international dishes.

Quellenhof á-la-carte restaurant You can choose from smaller and bigger á-la-carte dishes every day. Opening hours: 12 - 2 pm and 6 - 9 pm In the afternoon and after 9 pm in the evening, we also have a small menu with warm dishes, salads and traditional South Tyrolean snacks. No closing day.
