Our bistro is located directly on the main street in the beautiful building of the Mals farm shop. The principles of natural, local, high-quality and tasty food, produced under fair conditions, apply. As a social cooperative, we reintegrate disadvantaged people into working life. We are pleased to offer daily changing daily specials and a small fine dining menu. All dishes are homemade - dumplings and dumplings, our seasonal salad buffet. Almost exclusively regional and organic ingredients are used. We strive to be able to offer our customers the valuable products from local agriculture.

In the cozy, decorated in the old Tyrolean-style wine bar you can taste about 40 wines. On the spirit menu you can choose between a variety of grappas, fruit distillates, liqueurs, brandies and whiskeys from around the world. In addition they offer South Tyrolean specialties like bacon, smoked sausage, "Gamswürste" and a wide selection of cheeses.

In our wine-shop, the "Wein- & Sektlaube KÖSSLER" at the Piazza San Paolo you can taste and buy all wines. Speck, cheese and south tyrolean bread - a typical in-between meal of the area Oltradige - accompagny when possible, the visit in our house.

Mr. Adolf Munter is an appreciated chef cook and has the talent to entice our guests every day with exciting new meals, starting from the aperitif to the dessert. We can assure you of top quality produce, selected and prepared with care, charmingly served and in a delightful atmosphere. Enjoy typical South-Tyrolean or traditional Italian dishes. Restaurant, Bar & Hofschank directly at the Speikboden skiing region. We serve local specialities and local dishes at an elevation of 1,350 m in the midst of the Speikboden skiing and hiking region with gorgeous views of the surrounding 3,000 m peaks. We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Group reservations can be arranged after regular business hours.

In addition to our large playground, we offer a beach volleyball court with authentic sand and a relaxed chill-out lounge. Easily accessible via the Riffianer Waalweg trail, or the Passerdamm hiking and cycling path.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.

On our sun terrace we also serve delicious ice cream sundaes as well as hot and cold snacks.

Restaurant Kason

The Leadner Alm alpine hut lies in the centre of the hiking and relaxation area of the Tschoegglberg range, above the villages Hafling and Voeran. The alp has a large meadow where you can relax on the grass, and a toboggan run for children in winter. The mountain hiking trails are open also in winter.

Cozy café with a little terrace in the pedestrian zone right by the church. We serve small snacks such as Bauerntoast sandwiches, tarte flambée, baguettes, ice cream and home-made cakes, roulades and strudel. Not forgetting delicious aperitifs to drink!

Bar with terrace and a cosy large garden lounge. During the day, a quiet coffee and in the evening a cocktail bar. In addition to cocktails and soft drinks, our bar also has a selection of gin, rum, whiskey and various wines.
