The cuisine of the Dörfl Restaurant interprets the high-contrast landscape of its surrounding environment in an optimal way. The tradition of South Tirol meets with innovative international ideas, where local dishes are combined with lush delicacies.

Sustainability and freshness are particularly important to me and are top priorities for me. My aim is to surprise our guests and to provide them with a top-class, pleasurable experience that they will remember for a long time.

In the new Bistro & Bar feldhof you can enjoy home-made quality. A strong black coffee and a crisp pastry on a morning, our small but select menu for lunch - everything is home-made, delicious, varied, superscrumptious and really “GUAT” (good) here! We are open every day from 7.30 am to 3 pm.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

Every evening our chef prepares a royal dinner for our guests who make their own choice of five courses with salad buffet, alternating between a gala dinner and Tyrolean specialities. Our chef and restaurant staff all do their best to provide a perfect service for our guests. In the morning we offer you a healthy breakfast with a choice of fresh bread, tea corner and free range eggs from local farmers. A selection of excellent wines will accompany you through the evening and to finish a delicious meal there is nothing like a sip of our top quality Schnapps.

Whether delicate, traditional or a quick snack: Our kitchen has something for everyone. Naturalness and freshness takes top priority at the stove. The products and ingridients don't have a long path and follow the course of the seasons.

At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

The restaurant / pizzeria Sonnleiten is located directly on the ski slope of the Pragser Tal ski lift. On the near-natural terrace you can enjoy delicious dishes and take a closer look at the lush green meadows and mountains. Since it is a bit out of the way, it is particularly interesting for families. Opening: Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 17.00 Friday - Sunday 09.00 - 23.00
