This mountain inn lies at the foot of the Geisler group surrounded by spruce and pine woods. It is a genuine island of peace and relaxation at the starting point of numerous walks and hiking trails, directly alongside the Adolf-Munkel Weg. The homemade delicacies were filled with fresh herbs which came from the inn's own garden.

Reopened following renovations in 2012, the "Bad Sand" is set in a green location between Moso/Moos and Plata/Platt in the Hinterpasseiertal Valley. It connects to the new Passeierschluchtenweg trail, above the Stieber waterfall on the way to Moso. The Bad Sand is the perfect place for a refreshment break in a tranquil, hospitable environment. We serve homemade dumplings, cakes and strudel. For meals, please book in advance!

The Restaurant Pizzeria Sports Center is located directly on the Haunold / Baranci skiing and hiking area in Innichen / San Candido. The tasty pizzas and the South Tyrolean cuisine attract many locals and guests. The menu with dishes from the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region is definitely promising!
