The Sternhütte mountain inn is located on the leisure mountain Rosskopf near Vipiteno/Sterzing. The inn offers local dishes and fresh products.

Guests can enjoy great views of the surrounding mountains and the whole Eisack valley from the sun terrace of Ahner farm. Inside, the panelled dining room provides a cosy setting. The delicious first course dishes are a highlight. Open all year round. Prior reservation desired.

Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. Our sun terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a magical setting.

The guests get delicious Tyrolean and Italian food in the snuggery or on the terrace. Overnight stays are possible.

We try to develop a close collaboration between the region’s agriculture and the tourism sector. RUSTIC - The old farmhouse parlour is more than 150 years old and comes from Val Pusteria. This special wood spreads a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. COSY - Using a professional mixture of tradtional and modern style and the combination of the old wood from local forests with natural stone and glass create this special alpine flair AUTHENTIC - Food should be consumed there where it is grown and harvested – according to this principle we are buying food, ingredients and drinks from local farmers of the area.

We are the First Vegetarian Hotel in the Dolomites. Our contemporary vegetarian cuisine focuses on organic products and plant-based food delivered from sustainable suppliers. Vegan dinner of tasting menu. Reservation 24 h in advance.

In the winter our hut is a popular destination for winter hiking, snow shoe hiking and ski touring and besides our hut is located on the sunny cross-country track Kasern/Casere. Our family has been running the inn at the valley station of the Plose cable car for more than 25 years. Here we offer our guests a wide selection of pizzas, both at lunchtime and in the evening, as well as typical dishes of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. These range from the Stodlburger to Italian pasta dishes or the classic Zwiebelrostbraten to Kaiserschmarrn.
