In our restaurant, you’ll find a buffet of appetizers and salads, a choice of 3 menus with 4 courses each – Tyrolean, Gourmet, and Light – and homemade bread. The romantic atmosphere of the dining room provides the perfect setting for your culinary experiences. You can toast to joyful moments with a good glass of wine or share a sweet temptation by savoring a delicious dessert.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.

Speedy. Cheap. Yummy Snack Bar Corf is located opposite the Boè cable car in Corvara and is the perfect place to relax after a long, tiring day in the mountains. It was founded in the winter of 1982 as a simple kiosk. In the meantime it has become a family-run establishment where you can enjoy a good breakfast, a fresh aperitif, tasty fast food or a delicious ice cream. Our most famous dish is undoubtedly the porchetta sandwich, but we also invite you to try our hamburgers, salads, sausages and let's not forget the delicious rotisserie chicken on the spit (only available in summer).

The inn serves the classics of the Alps, from the aperitif "CESCO" to the typical dumpling with farmer's butter and sage.

Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. Our sun terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a magical setting.

For those who have known us for many years, our restaurant at Passo Campolongo is truly a must-visit! The strudels and polenta with venison from Senior Albina have become legendary in the Dolomites Passes. Anyone who has had the chance to taste them fondly remembers their flavor, texture, and aroma. The main feature of Monte Cherz is its tradition, evident in every detail, from the dining rooms to the bar. The restaurant offers classics of Ladin tradition, from the typical canederli with butter and smoked ricotta to the strudel with South Tyrolean apples, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts, all made according to traditional recipes. The ambiance is simple but truly welcoming. And why not enjoy a crispy pizza during the summer season? Don’t miss the chance to dine on our sunny panoramic terrace as well!
