Our guests can enjoy a tasty range of Tyrolese specialties, as well as Italian and international cuisine. Particularly recommended dishes are the “Sennes noodles”, the “mountain climber omelette”, the “Escalope on the grill with side dishes” and the “Dumplings with gulash”. Mountain hut with stunning panoramic views of the Odles massif. Take trail 5 trough the forest or 5A from the Nature Park car park in Longiarù. Alternatively, hike along the Dolomit high route. Ideal for sledging, ski tours and snow-shoe hikes.

In summer you can spend delicious moments outside in our garden or on the outdoor terrace. Our specialities are traditional Ladin and Tyrolean dishes and excellent grilled cuts of meat. To best accompany the dishes, you will find a varied wine cellar with more than 300 local, national and international labels. Adlerkeller is suitable for both families, who prefer secluded tables, and couples, who want romance and tranquillity, as well as groups of friends, who want to spend a lively time in good company. All this is accompanied by excellent and attentive service.

Under the dancing chandeliers, thirteen tables await those who crave a snack, a quick lunch, an aperitif, or a festive dinner. The menu is dedicated to Italian beauty and takes you on a journey through dishes that celebrate our culinary heritage.

Since 1977 we have served homemade Ladin specialities for our guests to enjoy in our rustic dining rooms and in summer also in our romantic garden.

Our Bistrot Flower, is the novelty of the year, also open for external guests. We will welcome you from 15:00 to 24:00 in an informal and youthful atmosphere that will offer you cold and warm snacks throughout the opening hours. From 18:00 to 21:00 we will delight you with traditional dishes, cooked with local and genuine products. Our bar offers aperitifs, a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits, cheering your evenings with our game room.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.

In our house, food is culture, knowledge, and sharing. From morning to evening, we always serve something delicious in our restaurants, spaces where the joy of dining together is celebrated every day. The pleasure in these Stües, our half-board restaurant, goes beyond just a postcard effect or the depiction of customs and daily life in pure Ladin style.

We don't serve gourmet cuisine because we love the authenticity of local flavors. We offer typical Ladin and Italian dishes that reflect tradition. We serve smiles and warmth. In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day!
