Our guests can choose between typical dishes of Val Badia, rich in tradition and prepared according to original recipes, among which game specialties stand out, or refined and delicious international specialties, with Mediterranean or exotic accents, for a journey into taste. The careful selection of high quality South Tyrolean products, always fresh and seasonal, is the basis of each of our creations, for an all-round culinary experience.

The Cocun, ‘Cork’ in Ladin, is the hidden gem of the Ciasa. In a cellar filled with 24,000 bottles and 1,900 labels is a unique restaurant. Here, the quality of the raw materials and their history reign supreme without the need for many frills. Our cuisine is just as varied and contains influences from all over the world as our wines. For us at Cocun, it is essential to drink and eat with curiosity and attention. Whether it is a sausage, a cheese, a piece of chocolate, a dish or a glass of wine, it will be a pleasure for us to tell you about it and perhaps excite you.

In our restaurant, we offer the possibility of organizing various types of parties and weddings. During the summer and winter season we offer a Ladin dinner once a week, featuring the specialties of our little valley. How Chef Franz Castlunger and his team interpret good taste Local, with products from farmers in the Ladin valleys and fresh vegetables from the garden. Our cocktail bar with a unique and surprising character. You will be surprised by the location, for its delicate extravagance and the view of the Dolomites, and you will be conquered by our refined collection of gin, by the unusual proposal of cocktails, but, above all, by the passion of our barman. He does not mix ingredients already prepared, but first of all he creates them: a long list of homemade products that are created by the processing of fresh fruit and spices. Then, as an alchemist, he combines these ingredients into unique and complex cocktails that bear his signature. And if you can’t choose, just let him know your tastes, he will create a cocktail uniquely yours.

Every day, the varied and creative cuisine offers a feast of tastes linked to the territory and the seasons, paying particular attention to the authenticity and freshness of the products. You will have the pleasure of tasting the typical dishes of Ladin cuisine, as well as Italian dishes with delicate and enticing flavors, and from the menu of your choice there will be no shortage of vegetarian dishes. Expecially for non skiers it is the right place to meet with the friends of the slopes because they can arrive without taking off your ski boots; just eat and than quickly re-start the ski tour.

The menu of the restaurant and pizzeria L'Faná includes a wide range of appetizers, starters, main courses, side dishes and desserts, to which is added a list of pizzas and calzones made with authentic ingredients selected with the utmost care.

Bar Manuela is the ideal place for an aperitif, a coffee, an ice cream, a toast, flat or even a baguette on the wonderful terrace.

Ladin cuisine with the most typical dishes like "turtres, cajincì arjtis, panicia" based on local products. We are open all year round and dinner is available by reservation only for a minimum of 15 people.

In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa, you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for fine cuisine from Chef Erich (owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà). In the evening, various menu options are offered, combining typical Ladin and South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international cuisine. Themed evenings are organized during the week, such as the traditional Ladin dinner and a rich dessert buffet. Breakfast is mainly served buffet-style, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items, including fresh natural products and homemade delicacies.

"Ustaria" in the Ladin language means "inn" - a place to enjoy the traditional charm of abundant home-cooked meals that feed the soul "just like Mom's".

Pizza take away service on reservation from 5.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. In our restaurant you will enjoy tasty traditional Tyrolian as well as Italian dishes. Moreover, if arranged in advance, delicious game meats and Ladin dinners are served. In addition to the regional and national cuisine, you will have the chance to taste a delicious pizza prepared by our staff with great passion and proficiency.

The restaurant lies at the beginning of the “Natural Park Fanes-Senes-Prags“, has a wonderful sun terrace and offers traditional cuisine. During the Christmastime, dinners are available upon reservation from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.

The menu of our small bistro offers a variety of snacks with local products, cold cuts, cheeses, caprese, oven-baked pizzas, soups, different types of sandwiches, and toast.

The wine bar is open from 5.00 p.m. to 2.00 a.m. and offers more than 500 etiquettes.

The cuisine of the La Tor restaurant and pizzeria is a perfect blend of traditional recipes and the refinement of South Tyrolean gastronomy. Alongside the classic flavors of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, you will find dishes inspired by culinary experiences from around the world. Each dish is born from a constant search for new gastronomic experiences, creating a unique mix of tradition and innovation.
