Welcome at the point of departure and arrival of exploratory tours of the Alpe di Siusi! We invite you to enjoy the fantastic views of the stunning mountain world from our sunny terrace and enjoy delight from homemade desserts, fantastic ice cream, pasta and South Tyrolean specialities and refreshing drinks.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.

A unique place and a unique hut. Enjoy southtyrolian cusin, mediterranean plates and local meat from the grill in the elegant alpin restaurant. The right wine reccomanded by the sommelier.

Visit our restaurant panorama valley directly on the panorama piste and only 5 going minutes of Compatsch. Enjoy the amazing view to the sciliar massive from our sunroof or the Apré's ski music in our igloo.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.

The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

We use local products, seasonal ingredients have first priority. The results are healthy and tasty specialties, which combine the best of South-Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine. Selected wines complete this unique taste experience.

Here the alpinist can expect something very tasty, but also something light and refreshing. Culinary delights are part of a mountain experience. The comfy get-together, animated conversations about adventures, paths and destinations, perhaps also stories about mountains, animals and people, of myth and reality .

Hotel guests at the Urthaler Restaurant can enjoy delicious gourmet menus, speciality buffets and tasting sessions. It goes without saying that specific requirements, diets and nutritional habits can be catered for. And for those who want to be pampered culinary especially, we offer a la carte dining in the evening in our restaurant “Jägerstube”. On the restaurant bill 15 euros per person are credited to you.Try the treat of the slightly different cuisine - enjoy unique flavors and tastes that you find nowhere else.

Our hut is situated on the Alpe di Siusi in the middle of green mountain meadows rich of beautiful flowers. It ist he right spot for making a bread on your way up tot he Sciliar. Let yourself be papmpered with delicious typical homemade food, „Bretteljause“ (is a tasty South Tyrolean snack), specialities from milk and homemade desserts.

Clear shapes dominate at the d&b bar, as do warm red-grey tones and natural materials like wood and Tyrol loden cloth. Old Urthaler family photographs illustrate the rich family history of the hotel keepers and provide a touch of nostalgia to the bar with its adjoining sun terrace. Enjoy unusual drinks, coffee specialities, fine wines, snacks or home-baked cakes while sitting at the bar or out on the sun terrace.

The Spitzbühl hut ist he starting point for paradliders and hang-gliders, as well as for model aircraft. Visitors con also take a tendem flights from here. The rustic hut at the mountain station oft he Spitzbühl lift servers tipical South Tyrolean dishes: the house made specialities include baked pasta dishes and delicious cakes.

At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

The mountain wind has turned – new faces and an innovative mountain cuisine are moving into what was once the Williams Hut: a variety of influences melt into spicy game, delicious burgers and pizza. We are wild and free – we love variety. We want to make wild o’williams into a destination – a hot hut at the heart of the South Tyrolean highlands. The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!

The Sanon hut is one of the most original huts on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. Hosts Magdalena and Raffael look forward to your visit and to welcoming you to the Sanon hut. Enjoy the typical cosy South Tyrolean atmosphere and homemade dishes: the Sanon hut is easily accessible on foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn sleigh.

Cosy hut serving South Tyrolean specialities The Tschon hut, situated next to the ski slope, serves typical plain fare. The legendary “Tschon Stoan” (a rock) is close by.

The Malga Prossliner hut lies in the zone Tschapit at the foot of the Sciliars. She is attainable over the walk 10 from Spitzbühl or over the geologist path, starded from Bagni di Razes (Siusi allo Sciliar) Enjoy delicious dishes and home-made cakes

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

We are the First Vegetarian Hotel in the Dolomites. Our contemporary vegetarian cuisine focuses on organic products and plant-based food delivered from sustainable suppliers. Vegan dinner of tasting menu. Reservation 24 h in advance.

A word to the “gourmets” “The body is the house of the soul. Should we not care for our house so that it does not decay?” (Philo of Alexandria) Whether in our restaurant, on the terrace or in the "Hennstall” beer garden we will spoil you with local, traditional and international dishes. Our speciality of the house continues to be the fresh trout which we serve in different variations. Refreshments in-between are available in the bar. only for larger groups on request. Sundays open normally. Dinner on request. Our premises are suited to group and company dinners (120 seats) two large car parks are available.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

The Laurin hut with ist cosy Tyrolean room and sun terrace with a view oft the Sciliar is somewhere to really relax and enjoy. The hosts offer typical Tyrolean dishes in a comfortable atmosphere.

Opened daily from 11.30 a.m.! Naturally we serve you typical South Tyrolean dishes and specialties in the restaurant. Vegetarian and food on a biological basis are marked with corresponding symbols lactose and embers-free; to simplify your choice! Enjoy your leisuretime on our big sunroof or in the comfortable hut!

Bar Cafeteria Bistro with great breakfast and hearty appetizers for a complete lunch or dinner. Delicious aperitifs and cocktails and good Neapolitan coffee.

Hosts Michael, Anni and Max look forward to preparing refreshments for you in their traditional hut. The Rungger hut is situated on the outer edge of the Alpe di Siusi on hiking trail no. 5 below the Spitzbühl and next to the Spitzbühl slope.
