Between the Alps and the South Tyrolean Dolomites, AlpiNN by Norbert Niederkofler is located at the summit of Kronplatz at an altitude of 2.235 meters. The restaurant is housed in the same building as LUMEN, a unique museum dedicated to mountain photography. Pristine nature and breathtaking panoramas make this place truly special. In every season and every direction, stunning landscapes unfold in their purest form. Here, mountains, tradition, local culture, and culinary innovation merge into a one-of-a-kind experience. AlpiNN was created as part of a revitalization project in the former mountain station of the old cable car and opened in December 2018. The restaurant quickly became a meeting point for gourmets and mountain enthusiasts, perfectly embedded in the stunning natural surroundings. The design, crafted by Martino Gamper, follows Norbert Niederkofler’s "Cook the Mountain" philosophy.

For those of you who enjoy things the traditional way, you will feel right at home in our Pizza & Bistro section of Hardimitz‘n, located on the ground floor. Here you can experience the South Tyrolean way of life, with its exquisite pizzas baked in a wood fired oven, its touches of Mediterranean and the lovingly furnished rustic "Stuben". In addition, we offer colourful variety of salads, appetizers, finger foods and aperitives as well as fantastic chicken wings and other delicious selections to indulge your desires. The Restaurant & Steakhouse can be found on the second floor of Hardimitz‘n. Its interior design is truly magnificent and will surely take your breath away while you enjoy your meal. Only regional products with a focus on organic growth are used for the preparation of our dishes. Many vegetables and salads and all herbs come from our Langge farm.

We enchant you with regional and seasonal cuisine. Two large new rooms – a pine room and a farmhouse room from the year 1878 – are well-suited for family celebrations (first communions, confirmations), office parties, Törggelen evenings, and romantic candlelight dinners with your sweetheart.

The Hotel Mühlgarten lies in Santo Stefano; in the middle of meadows and at the foot of the Kronplatz. At the restaurant, traditional dishes combined with modern influences and mediterranean food are served.

Our chef of the house will spoil you personally with a variety of delicacies. In the morning we served you a rich breakfast buffet with various South Tyrol special features, homemade jams and cakes , breads, a variety of different yoghurt and cereals and an organic corner with products from strictly controlled cultivation. At lunch time we serve you in our restaurant “Tesselberger Stuben" a variety of international dishes or you can satisfy the hunger in the afternoon with a hearty snack, with different cakes and ice creams. As part of the half board in the evening you can choose between a 3-4 course menu of international dishes, as well as a fresh salad and appetizer buffet. There waiting for you special evenings such as Gala Dinner, South Tirol evening (in autumn). On request, we serve vegetarian food, dishes without Lactose or without gluten. Bon appetit!
